This contractor is a fraud. Be careful, they took our deposit and never did the work. They do not call back and after further research dint even have a GC license because it was revoked.

Do NOT use this company! We signed a contract for a garage conversion and an In-law addition in Dec. 2016. We gave a large enough deposit to cover phase one which was to convert the garage. They have no clue what they are doing, have no oversight or supervision of their employees. They first submitted the Permit incorrectly which delayed the project 3 months. Once the permit was approved, they sent 1 person for 3-4 hours a day to work on the garage conversion, not even full days or everyday. 3 days out of the week they would not show up, no call, no warning. After countless meetings and phone discussions, they assured us they would put 4-5 guys to work and have it completed in 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks, it was the same. And we come to find out that their CGC License is REVOKED by the State of Florida.

We have no completed garage, and no refund of our Deposit. They won't even return our calls. Don't work bossiness with Mauricio Corredor or Leo Hassen!

I had serious problems with this company as well. Plumbing and electrical were not to code. They compromised the integrity of the condo floor by cutting large holes in the concrete and cutting out rebar to run pipes. They also installed ceramic tiles none of which are level or have mortar completely under them. You hear clop, clop, clop on the floor when you walk on the tiles and some of them now are loose and rock. Framing is not plumb or square. The company owner refused to come to see any of the problems and stonewalled by insisting his workers performed a professional job. I fired them and now in the throws of a lawsuit. They do now deserve the single star but I had to leave it to write this comment.
