We had to have our roof completely redone due to this past January's wind storms. All Climate Roofing (ACR) had other jobs ahead of us and they were will worth the wait (we waited 3 months). Work was completed within 2 weeks. In addition, their was structural damage from terminates and dry rot.
Charles and his crew did a great job. Both Charles and Lucy are wonderful to work with, flexible, down to earth people. His crew arrived on time everyday, worked late (6pm) and most impressive of all: cleaned the job site daily. Charles provides and recommends high end materials and his greatest strength is designing custom fit parts for the house and he visits the job site daily. Probably one of the best roofers in Ventura County.

Highly recommend them if you need any roof work done. Charles and his crew pretty much had to redo the whole roof after a different company failed to do what was needed. They were very professional, showed up on time and worked hard the whole time, cleaned up at the end of the day. The roof looks great ! We also had the stucco repaired and the house painted by All Climate Painting. Again, Lucy and her crew did a great job! The house looks 100% better and we have been telling everyone who asks that All Climate can do the job and do it right!

Had a wonderful experience working with Charlie and Lucy and I would highly recommend them for any roofing job. Here's our story.
House is 20 years old with a Spanish tile roof. Some tiles were missing and I also wanted an assessment of the condition of the roof. Called 3 people for an estimate. First guy forgets to bring his ladder, quoted me his hourly rate, and left in under 10 minutes. Second guy at least climbed up on the roof, looked around for a few minutes, and gave me a general estimate. Charlie spent an hour carefully inspecting the roof, taking pictures, and drawing up a detailed estimate which he reviewed with me before he left. I was very impressed and proceeded with All Climate. Charlie and his team were back in less than 2 weeks and coordinating everything via text with his wife Lucy was very convenient. Charlie is very detail oriented and he and his guys did a great job. Replaced broken tiles, sealed and painted pipes, and replaced the missing tiles. He also identified a rat problem and they removed a large number of tiles to clean everything out.
When the job was complete, Charlie showed me more pictures and gave me a complete report. I could not be happier with the job that Charlie and his crew did. Next time I need roofing work, only 1 person I will call!

All Climate just finished a major roof repair on our house, and we are very pleased with the results. The quality of the work is fantastic. After having this project hanging over our heads (literally :)) for some time, it feels great to finally have the work done. It feels like we have a new house!

Our concrete roof was about 20 years old and was built as part of a remodel before we purchased the home. The previous work was poorly done, and there was extensive wood repair that was needed due to the original poor workmanship.

Knowing this would be a big project, we pulled in 6 or 8 quotes. The scope of work was very wide, including a bid to bondo over most of the damaged wood. However, Charles impressed us with his expertise, care, and the agreement that we wanted to do things right and not cut corners with the quality.

Charles provided a quote for the work we could see, along with pricing for any extra woodwork we required. The final cost was more than double the base quotation... but this was expected due to extensive wood damage beneath the tiles, which couldn't be predicted. There was a little 'sticker shock' when we saw what the final price would be, but when I looked back at other quotations we received, Charles's costs were in the same range or lower than our other quotations. So...

Bottom line: Fair price for outstanding workmanship.

The project took about 2 weeks. Robert and his team (5 people total) were extremely pleasant and professional. They started at 7:30 every day (get ready for hammers pounding!) and worked steadily all day, including Saturday. (I've read some complaints about early start times, but hey, that's construction). Their work was very high quality, with obvious care and attention to detail. When I pointed out a couple of very small issues, they were taken care of perfectly and without argument or attitude.

Lucy was great to work with on scheduling, permits, and billing. Charles showed up nearly every day to review the progress and discuss any open issues or decisions that needed to be made.

I read a couple of negative reviews on Yelp, but I didn't experience any similar problems. They started a few days later than originally expected, but it was no big deal at all. From the first day we started, the entire crew was there every day until the job was complete.

Also, the crew cleaned up nicely at the end of every day. At the end of the job, it looked cleaner than when they started. Nice!

We are REALLY happy that we chose All Climate. When I look back at other quotations, it could have been a stressful disaster. But now, we feel like we have a brand new roof that is going to last a generation. We keep walking outside to marvel at how modern and great it looks - with all the tile edges perfectly straight along the edges of the roof.

Lucy and Charles came out to my Thousand Oaks home and provided a fair price for some roof repair work that I needed done. On top of the roof tile replacements, we also asked them for a roof inspection and they were able to point out a few other items that needed repair.

All in all we felt they were very honest and we are very satisfied with the quality of All Climate's work.
