Farrell Roofing installed the previous roof 9 years and 51 weeks prior to a significant leak that resulted in a collapsed ceiling. Since the roof warranty was 10 years there was no particular fault but I was disappointed that Farrell made it clear that there was no way that they would ever have time to look at the issue. Marc arrived in a timely manner, commented on some issues that may have prolonged the roof's life, and completely did the proper job under budget in one week from my first conversation. I consulted a retired roofer contact who indicated that ACF's roofing option (modified bitumen over modified bitumen) was what he considered the best of the best versus TPO, acrylic, stripped reroof, silicone. Six roofers offered six options and Marc had the most cost effective solution. The job was done in three days, all scrap material was removed, and the finished product looks as secure as Fort Knox. I am sure that the other options are effective but I truly believe I have a twenty year roof versus the just-under ten years' from our previous ""good enough usually isn't"" roof. The quote was the invoice in spite of additional material that I know was required. Marc kept me informed of every step of the process and corrected all of the shortcomings of the predecessor. I recommend at least three quotes with ACF one of the three.

the price was really good but they did not do the job right and will not return my calls. In addition, we saw them drinking and doing drugs on my property while working! These people are scam artists and are pros so be careful! I own three homes in Florida and I had all 3 roofs done but they were the first company I tried and I will regret it forever.

They did a great job of fixing a leak in my flat roof. They replaced some rotted wood and hot torch patched the roofing. They did the job on time at the right price. I highly recommend them.

This company has been wonderful! I have received multiple estimates from different roofers and he always comes out on top! I work with a large property management company, he has become our exclusive roofing contractor. He gets out quick, gets the job done, and stands by his work! Highly recommend!
