Highly recommend this local business!!! I have called many roofing companies, and many of them were overpriced or did not return calls.
Sari came on time and measured the roof with a drone! Very impressive. Kevin did excellent work with a very reasonable price. Honest people with great communication. I especially love that they sent me before and after drone photos for record. I am so thankful I have found them.

This family/locally owned company does great work and is willing to bend over backwards for their clients! I am a general manager of an apartment association with very old roofing, therefore we get a lot of leaks! AARW has been out to our property numerous times over the last year to investigate the leaks and come up with a plan for repair at a cost that doesn't hurt the pocket! They have also done a great job waterproofed some of the decks on the property. Kevin, Kyle and Sari are great to work with and provide excellent customer service! I strongly recommend AARW for any roofing or waterproofing needs as they are hard workers that are full of aloha!

Had water dripping from the ceiling from the upstairs Master Bath. Ms Sarilerat, VP for All Around Roofing & Waterproofing respond to our residence and quickly found the issue on the our roof, via a modern drone.

A tech was subsequently dispatched to our home and repaired the decaying ""pipe jack"" and matched the color of said repairs with the color of your metal roof. I would definitely use All Around Roofing & Waterproofing again.

The work was performed on waterproofing our flat deck.

Sari did the intial work of estimates, measurements, and contract. She was excellent, efficient, responsive. Real tech savvy utilizing a drone to take measurements of the deck.

Kevin and Kyle were very knowledgeable about the product to be used. They and their crew were excellent, efficient, and responsive as well.

After 4 months and a few heavy rain events, the deck is not leaky. I feel hopeful that this will last 5-7yrs before maintenance needed, as they explained.

One star was deducted because while they were working on the deck, we had agreed on them coming out again to do a little touch up work when a hurricane shutter was to be installed on the same deck. They sounded very reassuring that they will come out no problem, and I gave them several notices of when the installation was to occur, but they didn't call back once. This was very uncharacteristic of them, which makes me think there may have been a reason like illness or emergency. I hope to keep in good touch with them as followup maintenance will be due every 5-7yrs or so.

Overall, they're professional, friendly, reliable, and I would recommend them to other customers.

I hired All Around Roofing to put on my new shake roof. They were one of the few roofing co's that was able to pencil in a date to do the work. They did an excellent job and the roof is gorgeous. They installed new copper flashing around 2 skylights and the base of the chimney after patching cracks. They also installed some new fascia boards to replace rotten ones at time + materials (at reasonable rates). All the workers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up every day before they left. They purchased 3 new pop-up tents to put over my newly installed landscape for protection. Throughout the job, they used a shop-vac to vacuum all the debris that fell into the crawl space as the old roof was being torn off. I would highly recommend All Around Roofing. My roofing job was just completed in October 2022.

Do not use this roofing company. Their employees are incompetent and absolutely destroyed my house. They pressure washed my roof knowing that my top window was open and got mold and mildew everywhere inside my home. They zero common sense when it comes to residential roofing and maintenance. They caused over $20,000 of damage to my home that I'm now going through with insurance. Kevin really needs to train his workers better and manage this company better. There are way more cost effective and competent roofers out there. Do not use this company, you have been warned.

During the December 2021 Kona storm, our 30-year-old roof sprung a few leaks and we decided it was time for a new one. Sari Lerat of All Around gave us a very competitive estimate and agreed to oversee the whole job, which involved removing and replacing solar panels, installing a drip edge, reroofing our detached garage and servicing our skylights. The work was done when scheduled. The crew cleaned up every day. All Around arranged for Hoa Solar to take care of the solar PV and solar water systems and we are pleased with the results, which included upgrading to EnergyStar roofing, which will make our home cooler.
