Their employees are excellent starting with Mike Esquivel who wrote our estimate to the same 5 workers that showed up all 5 days it took to get our job completed. Every morning at 8 o'clock workers started putting down covering on all our floors, wore booties over their shoes and covered all of our furniture and clothing. Every afternoon they cleaned up after themselves and took up the covering on all floors. The same 5 workers came every day. They were quiet & professional. We stayed at home & we were never disturbed. I was able to take a nap a couple of days while they worked. We had sheetrock, tile repair, painting, custom shelving built in the house, brick repair on the outside of the house & cracks filled in & our built-in oven encasement done over. They tore out sheetrock & wet insulation. All insulation replaced because of a water pipe in the attic breaking & the entire house repiped. We missed a place behind our refrigerator that we didn't know the repiped Plummer opened. One of the workers found it, brought it to our attention because it was not something we had shown at the time of the inspection for the job and took care of it. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They use people that they employe & not day laborers that are not experts at what they do every day. We are more than happy with all of the work. A job manager came by to check on the job the first day, he returned the last day to look at their work and asked if there was anything we wanted to be done differently or was dissatisfied with. There was an onsite worker that acted as a supervisor for the daily workers. We have a wall that is mirrored that they worked over and below without cracking it or getting paint on it. We also had wallpaper and a border that had to be moved, but we had no more of the paper & cannot get anymore. They pulled the paper and border back & worked above it. Once the sheetrock and paint dried it was put back & you can not tell it has ever been moved or worked on. They also moved our refrigerators & freezers for us and saw to it they never had to be disconnected and moved everything back on Friday when they finished before they left. Our house was built in 1959. We had to have bricks replaced outside you cannot tell the replacement bricks from the original ones & I'm the one that took them to point out the places to be replaced. I couldn't find them once completed. The wet mortar was the only way I was able to find them. Please, call this company if you need any remodeling work in your home they can get it done. Our job was so big we were very worried it would be messed up. That was not our experience at all. I have told all our friends to use this company you won't be disappointed.

Never showed up for a quote appointment on two occasions. Took morning off to meet with contractor and I had to contact them to confirm they where going to show up, as it was getting late. They called back to rescheduled for the next day and again a no show only this time no one answered when we called.

I used All American to help with some house remodeling and completely repaint my house. They did an amazing job and even went out of their way to fix a few items that we're not on the list. I really want to thank Ry for his comitment to excellence.

All American Tile and Remodeling did a complete downstairs reflooring project, as well as upgraded all of our baseboards to a taller, more modern looking trim. We also has them do a complete crown molding upgrade throughout our Home.

Their crews, I have to say, are the cleanest and tidiest contractors we have ever had work in any of the Homes we have owned over the years. They were very prompt to arrive on time each day of the project, which was impressive, and each day they left our Home and the areas they were working as clean as if the maid had just left our Home. Spotless!

We would recommend this company to anyone needing flooring or remodeling work done in their Home or Business. First Class Company!

I called him back because the grout was/is coming up in bedroom and bath and he came looked at it and said yes, he would be back to fix it and never heard from them again. Very disappointing seeing how much money we spent.

Ry Brooks Dear Mrs. Janie ,
We remodeled your bathroom in 2009 and you call us back out and asked us to remodel a second bathroom. I came out upon your request 3 years later and touched up all silicone at no charge and reminded you that grout and silicone needs continued maintenance. We warranty our showers for the life of the house! Except materials that brake down over time like grout and silicone. Therefore I'd be happy to come out and discuss maintenance steps that we can preform for you ?

I'm not talking about the shower, I'm talking about all the bubbles that came up in the floor in the bed room and hall bath. Ry was suppose to come back and fix them but never returned. They were caused by his helper not knowing what he was doing.

No I would not recommend this company

Ry Brooks & his company did an outstanding job on my father's master bathroom. Ry & his staff are very knowledgeable & very respectful. My father really liked that Ry could give him a professional opinion about what needed to be done, what was best, & still stay in the budget. I would recommend Ry to anyone looking to get quote or work done on their home!

I called All American tile company to come out to give an estimate for remodeling and tile work. The gentleman came out on the day and time scheduled. He looked at everything I wanted done and said he would go back to his office and send me estimates via email. After several days passed by I never received one estimate. I called several times and spoke to their receptionist to verify that they had my email address which they did. They kept telling me he is working on everything.

Well needless to say it's be almost 2 months and still no estimates or any word from this company. I feel if a company doesn't want your business just tell them instead of wasting a customers valuable time. BTW, Abacus plumbing recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

All American Tile removed a defective 15-year-old shower pan in the master bath, repaired the damaged wood behind and underneath it, installed a new (and far superior) shower pan and laid new stone tile to match what had been there before.

This big, potentially messy, job was completed with exemplary care and professionalism. Because of the complicated nature of the job and interruptions caused by the holidays, we had people working in the house for about three weeks. I work from home, and most days I could easy forget they were here. There was absolutely no mess for us and the whole project was executed with minimal inconvenience.

Demolition was done quickly and quietly. The new shower pan, really layers of different materials installed over several days, was much more sophisticated than the simple pan that the original home contractor had installed. In addition, it protected much more of the vertical wall area and the sills of two windows (the origin of the problem). The installers were meticulous in their work, which became even more apparent when the tile, much of it cut and beveled by hand, was laid. It was beautifully set and matched almost perfectly with the rest of the shower area.

It wasn't until later that we realized that a small seat in the the corner of the shower had been rebuilt using cinder block as a base, rather than the original wood, guaranteeing that it would last longer. We hadn't even discussed it with Ry, and a lesser contractor could easily skipped over it. This, I think, is a perfect illustration of our experience with All American - we got excellent advice and service, even beyond what we asked for (or could appreciate), from a company dedicated to a quality and long-lasting end product. Also, everyone we dealt with was genuinely proud of their work and committed to being the best at their craft.

We really dreaded this repair, but All American made the whole thing rather painless, and we're confident that the new work will hold up for the life of the house.

Ry Brooks from all American Tile and Remodeling worked at our house in April 2015 after we had a water leak in our wall that destroyed part of our kitchen and our entire dining room. He showed up to assess and then was extremely fair with pricing compared to other estimates we received. We told them that we had a major issue with several events at our house and the work needed to get done as quickly as possible. Ry made sure to send extra people from his team to get the job done on time. After the work was completed, the person whose opinion matters most in my life, ie. my wife was extremely happy with the work completed which was completed faster than we expected.

I would definetly recommend Ry and his team. They listened to our issues and delivered on his promises. Thanks Ry!

Click on Linda M's other reviews and it seems that everyone ""screws her over"". Ry was great. He completely remodeled our kitchen. Our home was built in 1965. We had brown ugly cabinets that dated our kitchen. He refaced the cabinets, painted them, tore down cabinets, had a wine rack built, and hung drop lighting. Our kitchen looks amazing. We constantly gets compliments. He bent over backwards to get things just the way I wanted them. He said ""I want you to be 100% satisfied with our work"". I highly recommend him and would use him again. Oh and by the way, he was 1/2 the price than the other bids I received :).
