We contracted with All American Roofing, Inc. in Spring of 2021 to replace our roof. I did not understanding that their five-year warranty does not cover the tile. After a year and a half, we have a cracked tile and an ugly white film of calcium hydroxide that developed on many of the tiles. The cracked tile shows no sign of impact and we have not had anyone on the roof since the inspection by the county. All American roofing told us to contact the tile manufacturer.

Use All American Roofing only if you are okay with their very limited five-year warranty. Also, generous tipping of their workmen doesn't help build any good will with their business. As their representative told me, tipping their workers is not a benefit to All American Roofing's bottom line.

They can't be trusted. They tried to add $15,00 extra in unapproved expenses, left work unfinished, unused materials are still blocking my exit gate, unpainted instillation of fascia (presently falling down).
Yikes ! when we tried to work out these problems amicably - we were twice blasted off the phone by the ""hysterical name-calling owner's wife"". Photos and tapes available on request.
Open your windows and yell:

Before you use this company or any roofer look online at the day they pulled their last few a permits and the day they closed it. Add a few weeks for paperwork and you will know how long the job will take. This place can't live up to their promises.

BEWARE All American Roofing Inc.

All American Roofing company is the exact reason homeowners are often weary about getting taken advantage of by contractors. We were financed by Y-green for a new roof, due to termite damage. All American Roofing was one of three quotes we received and chose them since we had also heard an advertisement for them on the radio. We received an initial quote of $15,125 for a tile roof & $21,475 for a metal roof. We decided on the tile option. After the removal of the roof there was extra damage that was not part of the initial scope, so they sent a detailed quote via email for the extra work totaling around $5,000. After approving the quote and leaving the job unfinished, they sent an invoice for an additional $15,000 on top of the initial $15,125 which was not approved by anyone (Y-green the finance company must approve all change orders as per the contract before any work is done). Wanting to understand the 63% increase, we scheduled a call with the owner Susan Manning and at the beginning of the call we asked her if it is ok if we recorded our conversation, which she agreed to. After a couple of questions, she immediately got aggressive and became verbally abusive (Audio available). The only smart thing we did was finance the project through Y-green, as the contractor does not get paid unless work is completed at the price agreed upon. Now they are threating to put a lean on our house, and if you notice other reviews on this company, we are not the first.

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPARABLE service!! From the initial meeting with their sales personnel, Mr. White until the last detail completing my re-roof I had nothing but the utmost satisfaction! The customer service is IMPECCABLE!!!! The price is good and fair (I shopped around prior to hiring them.) They were highly recommended to me by several VERY REPUTABLE sources, and they exceeded the recommendations! The field and office staff are fully competent, all of my questions were answered, the process went seamlessly, they accommodated me in EVERY way and made me feel like a valued customer! I went back and had a SECOND roof done, the roofs are beautiful, and I WILL use them again in the future!! EXCELLENT company!

We selected AAR to do a total replacement of our 26 year old barrel tile roof. I must say that the experience was excellent.
When we selected our tile we were told the lead time was 10-20 weeks for the one we wanted. Two other companies gave us the same lead time. After comparing quotes from 5 companies, we decided to go with AAR.
We got a call three weeks after contract that the tile was now available and would we be alright with them starting early. Needless to say, we gave them the green light and two days later they were removing the old tile and delivering the new ones. From that day, the process took about 4 weeks and we were complete, permit and all. As we were in hurricane season, we were more than thrilled!
I found that the crews who came out were extremely professional and communicated with us every step of the way. This is true for the office staff as well. Everyone from top to bottom did a great job.
We have someone in our development who started two months before us (different company) and still has a blue tarp on their roof. Apparently, several neighbors have noticed that and stopped by to ask who did our roof as they were in the market and wanted to speak with them.
I would highly recommend speaking with All American Roofing prior to selecting your roofing company. Hopefully, you'll be as happy as we were.

Stay away!! My brand new roof installed in February 2019 is leaking worse than the 30 year old roof they replaced and is causing significant damage to my home!!! They refuse to admit fault and even send someone to repair. No other roofing company will touch the roof because of the horrible installation and significant gross negligence American Roofing did with the installation!! I am a single mother with two children and water is pouring out from the ceiling and the light fixtures.
