All American Roofing recently replaced my roof's underlayment. They were professional and were on site when they said they would be; they completed the job quickly and left all the work areas clean and tidy. John communicated with me in a timely fashion all through the job process; I greatly appreciated his honest and forthright responses and he never steered me wrong with his recommendations. As a public school teacher who also cares for my elderly mother, NOTHING stresses me out more than home repairs. Needless to say, when the December rains revealed that I needed a new roof, I was absolutely terrified about the process and cost of getting my roof replaced. I had nine different companies give me quotes. All American Roofing was not the least expensive company to quote me, but John Tescher, the owner, was the most honest, patient, and professional of all those I spoke with, and hiring him turned out to be the best decision I could have ever made!

Unbeknownst to me, I had severe cracking on my chimney. John recommended that I get that fixed as soon as possible. Over the course of two different phone conversations, he never once tried to get me to become his customer. He was truly and genuinely concerned about my chimney and guided me through the process of getting it fixed. I remember thinking to myself that I had eight other gentlemen up on my roof, and he was the only one who cared enough to inform and warn me of this potentially dangerous situation. I knew then and there that I would go with him! My parents always taught me the Biblical principle that when you can be trusted with small matters, you can also be trusted with much larger matters. In a society where people don't seem to care much about honesty and integrity (and will rip you off any chance they get), I can assure you that John and his team can be trusted with perhaps one of the most important systems and structures of your home.

The All American Roofing crew came out each morning on time, worked hard, and left my yards and driveway impeccably neat. They take such pride in their work and want to create the best quality product for their customers.

Because I was always at work when the crew was at my home, I would check in with Beto, the operations manager, each afternoon. Let me tell you, this man has the patience and joy of a saint! Hearing him describe what his team had completed each day brought me such comfort and peace. From beginning to end, Beto kept me up to speed with the process and always calmed my fears and nerves.

It turns out I had severe dry rot in both the fascia and plywood. Clearly, my original estimate price was going to increase, but John worked hard to help me out on the final price, and, let me say, I cannot be more grateful. God shows mercy to those who give mercy. May God bless John, Beto, and the entire All American Roofing team! I would trust NO ONE else with this great investment. Know that when you hire John and his company, you are hiring honest, decent, dedicated experts who care about their good name, providing the highest quality work, and ensuring that you, your home, and your family are safe!

This is an update to my update! At two+ years out from the job, All American Roofing continues to blow our minds. I only contacted John Tescher for advice on what products to use on our old gutter where the weld between the downspout and the gutter had broken. This gutter failure, btw, has nothing to do with the great job they did on our roof. I got no advice at all -- instead John sent out his gutter expert to repair it at no cost!! WHAT?!! They have gone above and beyond for us multiple times now. If you want a company you can rely on to back their work, look no further. They go that extra mile, every single time.

We had a small roofing job to do while All American Roofing was working on an extensive project down the street from us. John was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday to make sure we were able to move forward with our project. The roof looks great! The crew also did some repair work on our roof while they were there adding a Solaro fan and O'Hagen vent. The fan is great and runs on solar power. It was a great idea for our garage conversion ADU. We are happy with All American Roofing and would definitely recommend them to others.

Reached out to All American Roofing to fix a metal roof leak that sprung up after all these horrific rain storms our county has been experiencing. Previous repair to that one area was maybe about a year after the metal roof was 1st installed in 2004. AAR responded quickly and were able to successfully patch that area & a couple other areas before the next rains hit. Very pleased with the quick turnaround by All American Roofing. SO appreciated! They messed up our garage, saw dust everywhere, they dropped big chunks of wood and nails on my car that damaged and chipped the paint. They did not care and don't want to admit to damages. Any positive reviews here are either friends or family.
