Graciano and his team are the best. I spoke to him at 11:00 on a Tuesday, and he came out for a quote (VERY reasonable, by the way) at 3:00 that same day, and my new gutters were installed by 11:00 the next day. Great customer service, did not get price gouged, and great quality work. What more could you ask for?

If I could give 10 stars I would. Graciano and his company truly embody the old fashioned customer service you simply can't find these days. We had some water damage from the most recent storms and knew it was coming from the roof but couldn't figure out where. I called All American in the morning and Graciano was here within a few hours to take a look. He was able to send a crew member over that day to fix the problem. Unfortunately, when the second large storm came in that evening, water continued to come in too. I called Graciano and he personally came over THAT NIGHT IN THE RAIN and worked for two hours on the roof to get the issue resolved so we wouldn't have to live with this through the next round of storms. He even called a few days later to check on how everything was. Seriously, this level of customer care is amazing. I 1000000% recommend!

We called because during a heavy rain, our ceiling started leaking. They were very responsive and arrived within 45 minutes of us calling. Multiple other companies said their schedules were full (even those that advertised same-day emergency service).

Graciano and his crew completed the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. They inspected both inside and outside. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and cleaned up after. We highly recommend them and will definitely call again for future roofing needs!

Graciano and his crew were a pleasure to work with! During a rainstorm, my second story gutter started to overflow and ended up disconnecting from one side of my roof. I reached out to multiple gutter repair companies on Yelp. Not only was Graciano the quickest to reply, he was the most reasonably priced. Others told me their schedules were full.

Graciano came out the same afternoon to give me an estimate and come up with a game plan with me so this doesn't happen again. He and his crew were quick and efficient! They cleared the gutters, reattached the gutter and added a new drainpipe as to remedy a future recurrence. I appreciate that he paid attention to detail and painted the drainpipe he installed to match my house.

Graciano was easy to communicate with, speaks both English and Spanish. He made sure to clean up any debris and was respectful of my property. I will definitely hire him again if I have any future roofing issues.

Very good customer service and quality of work. Our job was pretty small but the owner of the company took time to explain to my mom what needed to be done. The company was upfront about their availability to complete the job and finished in the time frame they anticipated. We are very satisfied with their work and will call on them again if/when we need any additional roofing or gutter services.

Called Graciano yesterday to see when I could get my gutters cleaned as there is a heavy rain storm coming. Graciano called me right back and said a crew could be out there same day! Sure enough a few hours later his crew was cleaning my gutters. Very reasonably priced!

Graciano and his team replaced several broken roof tiles on my two story home in Antioch. They also cleaned all of the gutters. Very professional and reasonably priced.
During the recent rain storm one of my downspouts was clogged and the rain was pouring over the gutter. I called Graciano and he came on a Sunday and took care of the clog and wouldn't take any money. He is a great guy running a great company.
I will recommend him and use him again.
