Graciano and team repaired some damaged gutters on our home and perfectly matched them to the rest of the house. They also repaired some damaged roof shingles and supporting wood trim so that it is impossible to differentiate from the other surrounding parts. Graciano is very honest and thorough and his work was exceptional. Highly recommended!

I called in somewhat of a panic... I discovered some roof tiles had been broken. Graciano answered the call, it was super nice, he said he would drop by to take a look. He came be within 30 mins, since I was still at work, he texted me the amount to fix it. His estimarte to very competitive, and fair. I approved it on the spot, and thought they would be back later in the week to make the repairs. I was shocked to get home a couple of hours later to find them on my roof, and almost done with the repairs. Class A company. They are quick, friendly, did a great job, cleaned up their mess. Graciano also pointed out of couple of things that could be an issue in the future. I will be calling them back when it's time to take care of them!

My roof had a leak last year and was lucky to have found Mr. Sanchez. His price was reasonable and he did a good job. His helper was his son, and his wife ran errands to buy what he needed that he didn't have handy.

This year, I had him clean my gutters. His crew came, but because it rained the day before and the roof was icy, he told me to tell his guys to hold off till he came here to make sure it will be safe to go up on my roof. He was a caring boss which I really admired. I had a little problem when the rain came a couple of weeks later. One of the downspouts was not flowing. He didn't hesitate to come and cleared it out. I highly recommend his company. In fact my sister who had him clean their gutters too was very happy the job him and his crew did.
