Reading the reviews from 2 years ago and it's sad that 2 years later the company is exactly the same! If I could give them a zero I would! They still have favoritism amongst other things going on as I see from the past reviews has been going on for some time. The trainer is the owners relative so he gets away with being rude barely able to properly train and God forbid you ask a question! The employees aren't happy, it's not a good environment to be in! Don't ever waste your time with them! As an employer or as a company!!

I am the vendor for this company, and I read all the reviews from the current and former employees of the All American Facility Maintenance company, they do not treat vendors nicely either, given that we are representing them on the field. Every time the tech has to call to get an NTE increase these people will treat them like nothing. They will argue with the field techs how to work and how long it's should take to repair things while they sit 3000 miles away. This is disgusting even to talk about because there are so many other companies that do same thing just much better then All American Facility Maintenance. The AAFM are in the bottom of our list to work with.
Not surprised why vendors do not want to work with them...
Shame on owners and managers that run the All American Shame Company.

This company is going down hill. The CFO is covering up for people and has favorites. I have been with this company for several years and the last couple months it has taken a turn for the worst.

It seems as management has lost full control and professionalism has gone out the door. I have made complaints but no one cares. There are 3 companies owned by the CEO and they are all managed poorly.

I have witnessed employees using drugs and drinking while at work. There are new employees that are taking down the companys core values and have no respect for employees, some were placed right into management and have no class. They hire family which I was told we couldn't do for years but you have to be cool with the CEO and his favorites to do this. I am glad the job market is wide open so I can search. Not a good place to be anymore the CEO loses his temper all the time and yells at everyone including me which he has never cursed at me before. Not taking this can do better elsewhere.

This company is terrible to work for. The managers are poor at training staff some of them mean well but they lack the training themselves. The operations manager I don't want to say her name doesn't seem to have a grip on the teams or account managers and this makes things so complicated. There is a lot of covering when problems come up and many clicks. The owner has no control over any of his company's and many people are leaving. He has a bad reputation from what I am hearing and many managers have left due to his temper. Even some in higher positions were complaining about him and the CFO. I thought I was coming to work for a good company looks like I have to start searching before this place goes down. High turnover and not a place to count on for long term. I could have accepted a different job but thought I was making a good decision here. Boy was I wrong!!! The prior review was accurate because the other 2 company's are a mess.

There is a lot of bad energy in the offices. People here can be so rude and do not carry their weight. I think its unfair that people are able to take off without even calling and still have a job. A lot of people are let go for less. There is a bully mentality once someone has a problem you have a target on you and there is a lot of favoritism here. An example is Sean a manager but he is sleeping with Stephanie, this makes a very uncomfortable work environment, and she is able to get away with a lot and he also drinks on the job. Also, people are moved into management positions like this is a frat house that do not deserve to be in positions and there are better people qualified for the spots, that already work in the office. I think there needs to be a lot of changes in here. Other managers - Bill - when visiting from a different office have made very inappropriate/ sexual harrassment type
-comments to staff members and the list goes on. It is not a healthy work environment. This company can be great it just the people i have to deal with everyday that can be so unprofessional. I am sure this will be deleted and I posted this anonymously to protect my job for the time being. You do not have to look far to see the truth in everything.

And the middle of the night calls keep coming. I do notice they've updated their website since my last review. Now if they would only fire the woman that put me on her DNC call list since I've ask repeatedly.

I find it hard to believe that a company that can't honor a simple request to not call in the middle of the night can be trusted to broker a deal to fix whatever is broken.

This company is AWFUL!!!! They took forever to finish the job we hired them to do and one of their all Florida electric techs showed up drunk !!!! The process to get paid is ridiculous and the unprofessionalism from the vendor relations manager is unacceptable. I had called six times for the accounting department and was never called back and called three times for vendor relations and got through only once. Then guess what ? I was hung up on !!!! Do not work with these people !!!!

Send you all you need but they not paid just call you and send emails and .
Before you do any job for them please check this company on google and you see...

If you own a business or multiple businesses, and need a one call does it all from HVAC to floor repair and everything in between, this is the best company. They take all the thinking and worrying away, 1 call, 1 email, that's all it takes. Best customer service, best techs, fast and super easy

Small Business Owner Here: Don't do it!

You can have everything in writing and it still won't matter, they don't reply to any attempts at communicating after the work is complete and don't pay their bill.

After reviewing other online reviews I found that I'm not alone and wish I would've looked them up before wasting my time and money.
