For the last 5 years, we have effectively managed various construction projects. With more than 16 years of experience in General Construction, we are sure we can fulfill your needs. We take pride in our craftsmanship, ensuring the highest quality of work while maintaining a reliable relationship with every client. Your satisfaction is our primary goal, and we strive to deliver timely and quality results on all projects.

Founded by Shannon Whaley in 2002 in Rossville, GA, All American Construction. After facing challenges in the first year, Shannon took full ownership and relocated the company to Chattanooga, TN. Now, as General Manager, I handle accounting while my best friend Jeremy serves as superintendent. We are genuinely a family-owned and operated business. I personally visit every job site to make sure that we put forth our best efforts for your satisfaction.

Starting with projects valued at no more than $100, we have expanded to handle jobs worth up to $40,000. Whether it’s changing a doorknob or renovating your kitchen, we are here to help. Having spent over 10 years in general construction, I feel equipped to help with nearly any requirement you have. I am always eager to take on new challenges to broaden my experience.

Recently, we have collaborated with numerous investors and developers, signing a Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
