For the last 5 years, we have effectively managed various construction projects. With a combined experience exceeding 16 years in General Construction, we are confident in our ability to meet your needs. We are dedicated to quality craftsmanship and fostering dependable partnerships with each client. We prioritize client satisfaction, working hard to complete every project on time and to the highest standards.

Founded by Shannon Whaley in 2002 in Rossville, GA, All American Construction. After a challenging first year, Shannon assumed sole ownership and shifted the company to Chattanooga, TN. Now, as General Manager, I handle accounting while my best friend Jeremy serves as superintendent. Our company is truly family-owned and operated. I am present at every job site to ensure that we give our best effort on each project for your satisfaction.

Initially, we worked on projects costing less than $100, but we now tackle jobs up to $40,000. Whether it’s changing a doorknob or renovating your kitchen, we are here to help. Having spent over 10 years in general construction, I feel equipped to help with nearly any requirement you have. I continuously seek new challenges to expand my expertise.

We have recently worked with many investors and developers, and we have signed a Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
