they are unreliable, sloppy and don't
know what they are doing
S Z.We recently found out the roof tiles are too short (should overhang by 2 inches) and gutters are over 3 inches away from the roof. As a result we are having major problems with water during the recent storms. The roof has broken tiles and missing sealant and missing nails so tiles have fallen off. The warranty they gave us is useless and they have made no effort to fix or repair the shoddy work that they did. Our prior roof was beautiful and this company was supposed to replace it exactly as it was in our historical district home. Our roof is an embarrassment and its sickening this company took our money and didn't give us what they promised. We will have to replace all the tiles and redo our roof since their work is substandard and not to code. Most unethical contractors we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
