This company is extremely unprofessional, lacks communication and accountability. I've asked them multiple times to replace damaged drip edges and facia boards on the job they did on my roof and instead they just slap wood putty over the wood and put roof caulking on the broken drip edges. I wouldn't trust this company to step foot on my property ever again.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are terrible at communicating and used Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to be able to receive services worthy of giving five stars in the beginning. When I met my sales representative Hermiz everything sounded great. The price was doable and he represented the company very well but once we signed all The contracts and the deal was sealed We didn't hear back from the company for months. Apparently the field coordinator was terminated and we were never updated about it so we were just waiting for Someone to get hired to get the ball rolling honestly, I don't think I should've known that information but the new coordinator shared that with me Upon meeting him. The job ended up coming out to almost double the original quoted amount And we're happy to pay the money as long as the job was done, right but unfortunately the workmanship and That was executed on my home was far from acceptable, and the lack of communication that this company has with its clients Is embarrassing if anybody's thinking about doing the roof with them, be mindful that you will not get what you pay for And you will be nickel and dimed I will attach some of the photos of the poor work They did on my house. I've emailed them and given them the opportunity to fix this poor workmanship before they finish the job. We'll see what they do

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your roofing needs as this company will not stand behind their work.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I gave All America Construction every opportunity to address and fix this issue. Sandro, their Sales Rep will tell you everything you want to hear but it was all lies. I was told on 11 different occasions that a Manager would be calling me, that never happened. As you can see in the picture, this was their handy work that they never said anything about and I would not have known about it had my neighbor not pointed it out to me as he could see it from afar. When I contacted and asked about it, they said siding work was not within their scope of repair even though their employee opted to cut the siding instead of removing for flashing installation. When I questioned them again stating that you created this issue, they referred to the fine print in the contract that they are not responsible for damage during the Roof install. Even though it was intentional and not incidental and clearly avoidable. Important to note, I was not a pain in the butt customer. Not once did I complain about the delays even though they started 45 days later than they said they would. Should also point out that I was offered $150 to leave a good review but I declined because I don't feel companies should pay for reviews. Now I know why they offered and it makes me suspect the 5 star reviews.
