I had my roof installed by All About Roofing and am very pleased with the job these folks did for me. My roof was a mess due to the fact the last roof I had put on was apparently not done by people who cared much about proper methods. John and his people were very professional and addressed my concerns to my 100% satisfaction. They completed the job quickly and left no mess behind. They were careful to protect my many plants and property in the process, which I greatly appreciated. I am completely satisfied with their work and recommended this company to friends who thanked me for the job they did for them.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE roofing company. Never saw JIM, the guy supposedly in charge of our job/crew. Job scheduled for April, early May at latest, began smack in RAINY SEASON, June 14. Dumpster arrived, but NO workers for 3 days. 2 guys with no ladder and no tools showed up Day 4, sat out on the lawn smoking for 3 hours, left for lunch, and never returned. Day 5 3 guys showed up and began work. Took 20 min smoking breaks on the front yard EVERY HOUR, took 1-1/2 hours for lunch, and closed up for the day around 4:00. The next day NOBODY SHOWED UP in the morning until after several calls and a visit at their offices by my husband. Seems that the owner (John) sent them back to another job that they hadn't cleaned up/finished properly. Owner couldn't be bothered to call and let us know, and was totally RUDE to us when we voiced our complaints. Supposed to have the standard 5-6 roofers, but only the same smoking 3 were on our job. 3 guys, hourly smoking breaks, late starting times and early departures due to rain, EACH AND EVERY DAY. TOOK16 DAYS TO COMPLETE, and it's Day 17 and the ugly dumpster is still taking up my driveway space. Of course, early this morning, owner showed up bright and early to collect a check, naturally! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE dealing with ALL ABOUT ROOFING. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!

AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COST!! We paid 20k for a new shingle roof that is 2400 squarefoot. They never replaced the flashing that was stated on the contract. They came back 6 times to repair the holes and the leaks. The roof leaks more than it did before they attempted a repair. Save yourselfthe headache anf your money, avoid this contractor.
