First I generally am not a 5* person. However when leaving a message on a weekend & getting a call back so promptly it's due. Jim so shocked me that I didn't really think he could be the roofer. We arranged for him to come out on Monday at 9:00 & he was here. Second shock! Then gave a fair estimate after having walked entire roof & knew the color that was on the roof. Third Surprise now! He was able to find the same product & came out after having one reschedule due to our crazy wind. Fourth Surprise! Was on time & did an awesome job. NO LONGER A SURPRISE!! Made sure everything was cleaned up & also gave us a military discount just bc he had a conversation with my husband & heard we were prior military. The SURPRISE is that we still have Amazing people that do great & fair work in the High Desert. Thank you Jim.

Called to get a solution to re-roof because of bird infestation. He replied ""it's not worth my time."" I know that getting rid of pest is not in his job description but asking to seal the joints on roofs is something roofing companies do. The response is very unprofessional. When you get paid to do your job, your response to ""it's not worth my time"" is ridiculous. You can't tell your clients that at all. I will never recommend a business that says ""it's not worth my time."" It's like me say ""it's not worth my time typing this"" but I want everyone to know this company does only the job that's ""worth his time.""
