I had my roof replaced this past summer by AAR and have already expressed my complete satisfaction with their work. As a follow up review, I want to double down on my previous praise. With the recent rains, I asked them to come by and take a look at some areas of pooling on my flat roof. They were extremely responsive and came out 3 times within 1 week. As a consumer, I believe that standing by your work is equally important to the quality of the work you do, and I again give the whole team at AAR from Desiree in the office to Jay and his workers in the field a 5 star grade. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for roof work.

I had a new roof installed with All About Roofing a few months ago, and overall it went smooth. I met with Mando initially and he went over everything about my options of roofs and that the price can increase based on wood that needs to be replaced or is rotted. We both visually could see wood that was rotted even before the roof came off so I had him come back to at least give me a price to fix the visibly rotted wood. I compared prices with other contractors and decided that the company was the most thorough of explaining the costs and what my options were, and they also were available to do the work which was not easy to find these days with shortages etc.

Once the roof came off it turned out that there was a lot of missing boards broken pieces that would need to be filled in. I guess I was a bit surprised on the extra costs involved but I guess older houses can have issues. I did meet Armando to go over everything and he did send me pictures of all the missing boards to they were upfront with everything. They were able to finish the roof on time even with the extra repairs.

Once they completed the roof I was able to do a walk through with Mando and he showed me all the wood they replaced. I liked that they actually got some paint the same color and painted the front boards so there was no exposed wood.

A few minor issues I had was there was a bit of remaining litter from the prior roof that was not completely cleaned up on the outside. I met with Mando and he cleaned it up. I later found some old roof material inside a closet where the air conditioning units were was so I had to have them come back out to clean it up. They were very responsive to take care of the issues. I also had a bit of an issue with their payment schedules. The list all of the payments on your bid but they do not give you a heads up at least a day before and I travel a lot and I work not close by. The job also changed on when they started due to rain and the fact that they had to do more repairs than anticipated so I would have appreciated a better reaching out on payments before hand. There are like 4 payments at different dates so it was a bit confusing on that front. They basically tell you it's up to me to look at the contract but I think they could have made things smoother to communicate better. It all worked out and I ended up paying two installments together to make them happy.

One last thing that I was impressed with in this company is I had a new electrical panel put in while I was getting the new roof. And of all things they vented a pipe through the new roof and did a very bad patch job over the new roof. In order to get a permit for the electrical box the City wanted the roof re-shingled around the pipe. I texted Desire the owner about the issue and she had Mando come back out. They ended up fixing the issue and did not charge me. I was very appreciative that they took care of this.

Overall I'm very happy with how the roof was installed and I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

That's all I can say about this company. Absolutely the best roofing company in Southern California. If you don't hire them you are making a big mistake!! Very professional and on time.

Excellent roof service! Our roof suddenly leaked when the first big rain, I contact them and get their response very quickly, the estimator come to take a look at the roof at the same day, and scheduled the repair 2 days after, so efficient and responsible! They have repaired the leaking roof and changed all my broken tiles in timely manner, the entire operation was very professional and smoothly. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!!!

It was a great experience with AAR. The process used by AAR really stands out and shows it's professionalism and reliability! Starting from the call, Desiree handled it promptly. The next step is the onsite eval which was short and smooth. Unlike other contractors, AAR used drones that saved lots of time and accurate. the quotes included all the details on what's included (make sure what you need for your roof though). The scheduling may need a bit more time but it's a good sign. Then came the real job which they handled it nice and clean. The only thing is payment needs to be done before and right after the job is done which was concerning for me initially. But glad that I choose AAR and they did a great job.

Great appreciation for this company to save my time and money to figure out the problem on the ceiling. Big crack on the ceiling with new roof and no one solve the problem for me properly. Although I didn't pay a penny to this company, she explained the problem clearly and direct me to the right solution.

Desiree and Armando worked very professionally for our roof replacement. Even though I wanted to add a sun tunnel, they checked every possibility to make it possible, however my home structure is not very accessible for it. I am writing this review to provide my experience with All About Roofing. I had them quote my project (Composite and Flat roof) last November but I wasn't ready to do it at that time. I called them once again and asked them for a new quote. I worked with Desiree and she was very responsive, easy to work with, the quote was very competitive, and what impressed me the most was her communication!

I did get quotes from multiple roofing companies. AAR was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I chose to hire them because of their reviews and as stated above, the clear communication I received from Desiree. Once all of my questions and concerns were addressed, I signed the contracts and provided a deposit. The process was simple! The contract was clear and outlined the payment plan.

The work started almost immediately. They were able to accommodate my schedule request. The workers showed up bright and early each day and they worked throughout the day. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left the property looking good.

During the project, I worked with Mando who was my main point of contact. He explained the plan for the project, schedule, and pointed out any issues that were found. None of the corrections were made without my consent, the additional costs were driven through Desiree,and she updated the contract with the changes.

I also had gutters installed. The company did a nice job. I had a problem area that caused some dry rot, I came up with a solution, and the company made it work. It was nice working with Mando and the team!

The overall experience was extremely positive and I tip my hat to ""All About Roofing!"" Out of all the roofing companies I received quotes, I'd choose ""All About Roofing"" once again without any hesitation!

Had Jay from All About Roofing come over to inspect my roof. This company is a prime example of a reliable and trustworthy company. Jay was very professional, attentive and explained in detail about my roofs condition and addressed my concerns. While I did not need to get any work done since the issue did not require it, the fact that Jay was honest and transparent, tells me this is the company I will refer all family and friends too. If god-forbid I ever need roofing work in future it's great to know they are there who I can trust with my business.
