I do not usually write reviews, but All About Roofing deserves special acknowledgement. This company is competent and trustworthy. They adhered to their quote even when some additional issues came to light during the repair process. They came when scheduled and did very high quality work that I'm fully confident in. When I spaced and overpaid (forgot I had already paid a downpayment before the start of the job), they promptly refunded the overpayment. I highly recommend this company!

Needed to replace the roof. They didn't come in with the lowest quote. I chose them because of their transparency and the timely communication.

In Nov 2022, we discovered a leak in our cathedral ceiling in the living room. After years of drought, it's raining a lot again. I called All About Roofing based on their Yelp reviews. I left a message on their answering machine and I get a call back within 30 minutes from Desiree to set up an appointment. The tech comes on time and first uses a drone to see what was happening on the roof and discovered that one of our tile shingles is broken, which is letting in the water. We set an appointment for the work to be done. They repaired and replaced the necessary parts. Desiree, their office manager, would send confirmation and follow-up emails. I liked the communication. Luckily, we had extra tile shingles for them to replace the broken one. Two months later, the ceiling hasn't leaked and we've had some pretty big storms and heavy rains.

During the storm season this years , our windows start leaking, Had called so many companies, Desiree was the first one to respond my phone call right away. They have a very good customer service, Jay came in next day to do the estimate, he is very friendly and found out the leaking is from roof, explained to me very detail on how to fix this kind of issue. Even though I didn't use their service this time, but their good customer service give me a very good impression.

During the winter storms I contacted many roofers to help fix a leak. Most were unresponsive and didn't want to come fix a smaller job. All about roofing was super helpful and was willing to come fix the smaller leak issue. They were responsive and tried to accommodate despite their busy schedule. Early November, during our first major storm this winter, my husband and I woke around 4 am to the sound of dripping in our home. We quickly discovered we had a leak in our roof, dripping into our entry hall. We called a couple of roofing companies that morning in a panic. All About Roofing responded immediately and I worked with Desiree to set up a time for them to come out and take a look at our roof. We were so relieved they were able to come out that afternoon around 2 pm.

Within a day they provided us with a clear, detailed bid to do the work. We were able to schedule the work the following week. We were initially told the work would take up to 3 days. They demoed 2 prior roof layers and constructed the new roof all within two days. Additionally, they did some dry wood and gutter repair. Julian was awesome, and explained every step of the job. The crew was also great and worked clean.

Thank you to Desiree, Julian, and the team. We now wake grateful everyday during these crazy storms, knowing our roof is safe and secure. Thanks so much and we wouldn't hesitate to contact you all again!

After recent heavy raining, we found water leaking on ceilings and searched Yelp urgently to fix. All About Roofing answered to my request even when it was holiday and made a schedule. They came earlier than scheduled time and checked the roof and found the cause of the leak. After agreed in the estimation, they came the very next day and fixed all on the same day. I did not expect the fix made quickly. They were very wonderful and it was great!!
