We have used Alex's business twice for roof repairs within the past 5 years and both times he went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. We recently had roof damage due to a wind and hail storm. Instead of charging us an amount for repairs, he suggested we file an insurance claim, which we did but were denied. Alex helped guide us through the process of an appeal and even met our claims adjuster in person to walk our roof and explain the damage. This resulted in a check that paid for and covered all expenses. Alex is honest, reliable, and very personable.
