Work went well, and the new roof looks good. Best price I found, and used higher quality materials than the second best bidder. Communication could be a bit better, but as long as you know that going in, it's ok.

I have another property that needs a roof, and I've called Alex out for that one, too.

Unreliable roofer. Requested for a quote. Quote was reasonable but did not show up to start the work on December 2018. Two months has passed by. I called Alex Perez at 916-470-9105 to remind him of the roof. Alex answered the call but informed me that he will call back. Guess what? No call back from Alex. I guess Alex Perez is only serious if it will cost more than 10 thousand dollars to repair the roof. I guess this is too small a job for Alex.

Alex Perez, you handed me your calling card in front of my house after checking the status of my roof. Now, you are sending an email via yelp denying that you have met me nor have given any estimate, quote on my roof. Your estimate was around $1500. I still have your calling card.

Yesterday morning, I discovered a leak in my ceiling from he heavy rains we are having. Alex was at my house patching the leak before lunch time! He was courteous and informative the whole time. It's still raining today- and my ceiling is nice and dry. I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

Okay so after calling roofer after roofer I finally came across Alex and his roofing company. I had roof tiles blow off my house and needed my house tarped quickly... no roofer could do it.... that was until I called Alex he had the most friendly receptionist I have heard all day and a reassuring voice that said don't worry we are going to get this fixed. Within two hours Alex and his crew had showed up and fixed the leak. He was very understanding having to deal with homeowners insurance he took his time and offered me all of the options and solutions to fix my roof I ended up deciding just to patch the holes for now and in the summer I'm looking forward to having Alex and his team put a new roof on my house thank you for everything Alex you really are an awesome business owner

Alex and his team installed new gutters and gutter guards on the back of our home. They also adjusted and secured our front gutters of our house making sure they are functioning efficiently. They did a great job and right before all of the major rain storms this January. Did not go with Alex Perez. Had a buddy that was able to give me extras at no charge and at a great price. However, Alex made it a very tough decision. Alex was very responsive and polite. His estimate was very much in line with my buddy who got the job. Alex came out the next day and made a presentation the following day by describing everything in detail. Alex Perez understands good customer service and how to make sure the customer is satisfied through the bidding process. That is hard to find nowadays. His demeanor is worth the time to have him bid on the process. So great, in fact, that I am writing a review for someone that did not get the job. Thank you Alex and wish you the best.

After reading all of the great reviews here we contacted Alex about a leak that had recently occurred in our kitchen ceiling. Alex was able to stop the leak by clearing some debris from a roof valley. He recommended a roof maintenance project that included cleaning out all of the roof valleys, replacing all cracked tiles, cleaning/repairing all gutters, etc. Alex and his crew performed this project in January and we were very satisfied with their work. They arrived exactly on time, completed all of the agreed-upon work, and also found some additional fixes that they took care of at the same time. They also cleaned-up thoroughly and provided before and after photos of their work. We enjoyed working with Alex and his team and we plan to use them again whenever we have roof or gutter issues.

The recent storms exposed a leak in our roof on Wednesday night. I called Alex the next morning and he was able to come out the same day. Once I showed him the leak he was able to find the source within a couple minutes of being on the roof. He was able to come out a couple days later to complete fix the leak and provided pictures and videos throughout the whole process. Him and his crew were very friendly throughout the whole process. I definitely would use him again if ever I run into another issue with my roof!
