We are very happy with the work that Alex and his team did. We requested a quote online for roof repair, and Alex responded to the quote within 5 minutes! And even more impressively, he was able to sit down with us right after the roof examination and went over everything in detail, with pictures and past job examples. The quote was fair and the work quality was superb! Super glad that Alex and his wonderful crew were able to fix the leakage before the rain started! No more leak! Yay! We recently purchased our house and it was in need of a new roof. As if the stress from that experience wasn't enough, we were about to face another stressful situation choosing a roofing company for the job, and trying to do so in a small window of time before the winter season.

I reached out to Alex and he contacted back that same day. He was very professional and answered all of the questions we had. He was actually a little farther from me then I realized and he went out of his way on a late Saturday afternoon to meet with me, inspect the roof and provide an estimate.

I will say , I did contact some others in the area, and the initial quote I received was super low. Like real low. Here I am thinking this isn't going to be too bad after all. Then reality hits.

Alex spent quite sometime on the estimate that day and was the only contractor I contacted that actually went up in our attic to see exactly what was going to be needed, if anything at all. He went above and beyond what any others did in that respect. He gave a very thorough description of what was needed to be done which included any additional work he felt may be required. He showed us samples of the types of shingle, the warranty and the what we can expect from him and his crew.

His price was higher that the initial so we were a little surprised. We talked and he explained why the other was so low and encouraged me to contact others as well and do my due diligence.

We did just that and they all came in at pretty much the same price. The first contractor was way off and although the others we contacted we very professional and knowledgeable, I really felt that Alex went above and beyond and that is why we chose to work with him. We could not have made a better choice and we could not be happier with the end result.

You would think there would be some excess material left from removing the old roof around the yard and in nooks and crannies. The yard and work area was spotless after they were done and not a trace of any remaining material to be found.

We also had 7"" Seamless gutters installed and they did a phenomenal job and was really cool to watch them customize each piece specifically for the house. They came out spectacular as did the roof and I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the end result.

I have never written a review before but I really believe that anyone looking for a dependable and professional roofer should seriously consider Alex for the job. He is also a really great guy and will recommend him to whoever I can when I have the opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

Called for an estimate in gutters. Alex came over and made the measure for the estimate and told my wife he would call me back for the estimate price. Never got a call back I had to reach back to their office and still never got an estime.

Alex Perez was very responsive to my request for proposal to repair my roof. I told him I was working with another company that kept pushing out the scheduled work date. Alex was able to provide a quote very quickly. He also scheduled me quickly. His crew was respectful and communicated effectively. They showed up at 7 am as promised. They care about what they do. I asked Alex to take photos while he was on the roof so I could see the damage. He took plenty of photos. I also asked him to clear my gutters while up there and he did with no problem. I would recommend them for roof work.

Fantastic service and communication. Their team is top notch. It is rare to find companies that go the extra mile and give such great service. We had a tile fall off on our roof and needed a full maintenance and cleaning on our roof. Came on a Saturday and did a full inspection and sent me photos and an estimate to go over with my husband. We scheduled for later in the week but came earlier so my house would be protected with rain expected. Called before arrival for all appointments and Checked in with me multiple times during work performed by their team. They cleaned our tile roof and fixed all of our issues and left our house cleaned up and looking great! I would recommend to anyone who needs roof repairs or a new roof. Miguel and Alex gave sound advice on some issues that needed to be looked at to protect our home that we never would have caught. Thank you Alex and team!

Alex came out and gave me a bid for some roof repairs. He was quick to respond and spent time going over everything with me. A very nice, professional guy. He contacted me back to set up a time and was prompt on arrival. His crew found a few additional things during the repair which they fixed without raising the cost of the original quote. Alex also had to call around several other companies to find the right color match for my replacement shingles. I would definitely use Alex again. His prices are reasonable, he is professional, and pays attention to detail. All of these characteristics are often hard to find with a contractor these days. Awesome job and I'll be calling him again, in the future, for other repairs and a full roof replacement when the time comes!

Discovered a roof leak/issue this year in my upstairs bedroom. Had three companies come out for a quote and Alex was the only one that figured out how the rain was getting in AND found the animal nest under one of my roof tiles.

Alex gave me a great presentation on the scope of the work, including some other recommendations. Presentation included photos he took of my roof while he inspected it.

Accepted his reasonable quote on the spot.

Alex's team arrived and were super courteous. They let us know when they arrived and finished. Overall good experience and would hire Alex's company again.
