We got new roof and gutter installed two weeks ago. The price is reasonable, given that the lumber price is so high right now. During the installation process, Alex provided professional advice on where to install additional down sprouts, because some gutters are too long to be effective. Alex also fixed a few termite issues with reasonable charge. In general, Alex's team is professional, we are happy that the roof work is done before move-in.

Alex and his crew did a great job on fixing the loosen wood piece under roof! My house is two-story high. The crew not only re-nailed the loosen wood piece, but also patiently applied adhesive around it to make it firmer, which shows they are very professional and responsible.
