He was very thorough and professional

The owner of this company Jeff Nash or Jeffery McQueen was in jail from 2019 to 2021 for fraudulent Identity, grand theft and unlicensed activity. He went back to the same business as soon as he was released!! 10 five-start reviews in 2 weeks? This can not be real! Read those 1 star reviews on google and yelp and see how he ripped people off!

I paid him $8,000 deposit on 03/16/23. I paid another $8,000 on 04/13/23 when they started the repair. He kept demanding more payments for more leaks, more tiles, etc.). I sent a Zelle transfer of $3,500 to Tharus Moore (supposedly Jeff Nash's Partner) on 04/19/23 and gave them an additional check of $3,500 on 05/03/23. He did minimum work only with my existing tiles, left my roof completely open under heavy rain for months. And stopped responding to me since 5/30/2023.

Other than numerous attempts to reach Jeff, I have also tried to contact the license owner of Alego Contractors, Seriozha Sergio Gonzalez, but I have not received any response. I contacted Tharus Moore who was the receipient of the Zelle transfer. He admitted that he works with Jeff Nash and ""Treevis"", and admitted that he received $3500 from us, but refused to give additional information. He then hang up and blocked my phone number.

These people should go back to jail. I hope no one else to have the same problem than me.

Jeff, Norma, Yesenia, and the entire Alego team are profiles in professionalism. Jeff is a very nice and honest man with vast roofing knowledge. I immediately showed him where the leaks were, and I was taken aback at how quickly and cleanly he and his team operated, stopped the leaks, and re-roofed. Alego didn't do any more than what I requested, and they charged me a very reasonable price. :) They're amazing. Do yourself a huge favor and give Jeff a call for all of your roofing needs!

I hired ALEGO CONSTRUCTION (also known as Alsander construction Co.) to replace the roof in my property for a value of $14,200 on 5/3/2022.

The work was performed between 5/17/ - 5/24, 2022. Alego was paid in full by 5/24

The Final inspection has failed twice for missing information and photos according to the city inspector.

Jeff (Alego's owner) has given many different excuses to justify why hasn't pass inspection but it would not fulfill his obligation to amend the issues in order to pass the final inspection

The sale of the property has been approved but it is been delayed due to the open roof permit and buyers refuse to keep waiting.

Jeff has stopped answering my multiple calls and texts and when advised that I would take legal action if the job is not completed, he replied ""good luck with your inspection"" and blocked my number.

I regret given him the contract and hope my story help others avoiding this nightmare

I contacted this horrible guy Jeff Nash back on September to do my roof, I provide him with a 50% deposit as per today no job was done, and he still have my deposit. Two weeks ago he agreed to give my money back if I remove my previous google review, (hum! I wonder why he wanted me to erase it?) which I did, but again he didn't comply. He has not refunded the money I give him to do a job that was never done because of their inefficiency, never showed up when agreed and not even a phone call to be notified. As per today I called no answer, sent emails no reply, if he does pick up my calls by mistake he hangs up. ***Here I am advising everyone that is thinking to hired this company ALEGO CONTRACTORS ** Don't do it, all you'll find is a very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional, unpleasant person to deal with. I was looking for a solution and all I found was mistreatments, insults, disrespect.

PS: weird how you got so many ""good reviews"" with in two weeks.... We all know how google reviews work... I hope your not spending my money to pay people so they can write nice things about your shitty company.
