Aaron S.It's 4am on Dec 5th and I'm listening to the sound of rain leaking through my skylight for the third time since our roof was replaced in August. It first leaked during the first week after the roof was replaced and they came out and ""fixed"" it. It then leaked again about a month later. On this repair trip I went up on the roof to see what they did. Apparently ""fixing"" it means putting a pound of caulking around the edges of the skylight. This leak has pretty much ruined the sheetrock around the skylight. We have also complaned several times that they haven't replaced the AC fins on the AC unit outside after we've already been invoiced for it and it's been 4 months since they initially came out to replace the roof.
