Alden Roofing did a poor roof repair a few years back on our 2 flat roofs. They left the stucco exposed for a month, it poured and the water seeped in through the walls and light fixtures. It ruined wood floor, carpet, and expensive window blinds. Six years later, we are still hiring a roofer to repair and patch the negligent work ethic.

The entire process went smoothly, without a hitch. Daniel went through every conceivable detail when he came to bid on reroofing and guttering my house. He provided multiple samples of shingle and gutter materials, explained pros and cons of different approaches, and patiently waited as we went through several changes in color. Scheduling was a breeze. On the day of the roofing job, the large crew was on sit at 7:15 and worked hard for 12 hours. I can only compare their work to a precision military maneuver, with all members of the team working as if choreographed. The house looks superb. The cleanup was meticulous. The gutter subcontractor, whose team arrived about 10 days later, was equally efficient. Looking back on it, I can see that Daniel made a few subtle suggestions about the matching of roof color and two colors of gutters with the three swatches of sample paint colors we had already painted on a stretch of siding that markedly improved the final visual effect (the painters, a different company, came through a week before the roofers). The price was competitive with another bid we had received. Highly recommended.

Great and honest company. Chase came out to complete a roof inspection we needed for insurance purposes. He found nothing wrong and then refused to take any payment for his time. Highly recommend!

We recently bought our house and Alden Roofing was the company that repaired the roof issues noted on the inspection report. After moving in we noticed a funky smell in one of our closets and our concerns were that it may be mold and we were not sure if it was possibly from a leak in the roof or pipe within the walls. We called Alden Roofing, let them know of our concerns and they came out the same day , even though they were swamped because of the recent snow storm. Since They stand by their work they did an inspection of our roof and assured us that there was no leak from the roof. The service tech was very friendly and the entire experience with Alden Roofing has exceeded expectations.

Chase did an anazing job!! the whole process was super smooth and easy. His crew replaced the whole roof plus the gazeebo in 2 days and left everithing spotless. We highly recommend Alden roofs!

We hired Alden Roofing to do a complete roof replacement in 2016. They were one of the few companies that showed up for an inspection and gave us a written estimate. At the time of the replacement I was going out of state to visit my dying father. I was told the roof would take 2 days to replace and that it would be done, no problem. Unfortunately, the roof was not done on time so I came home to hours of hammering on the roof. I believe it was an issue with ordering materials on time AKA their fault.

4 years later, the roof is great. We had a skylight that was leaking so I called Alden to make sure it wasn't part of the roof since we have a warranty. They had someone come out and their employee did not knock on my door to let me know he arrived, just climbed up on the roof. He knew I was home because I made contact with him to advise him on the location of the skylight since we have 2.

After his inspection, he left. Did not attempt to call or speak with me to let me know his findings. I had to call Alden and ask what the issue was. They said it was the flashing around the skylight, not the roof and they needed to get me an estimate for a replacement.

I had to call them the next week when I did not get an estimate. At this point I was told that they had several estimates that needed to be uploaded into the system and it wasn't done yet. I told them that since the skylight was not part of the roof warranty I didn't need to go through them and I would call other companies to get an estimate. This is customary for doing any home repairs. You don't just get one estimate.

I emailed them and told them I was still waiting on the estimate and they said we thought you were going with another company so they never sent the estimate. In that email they quoted me a price of $1,400 but did not include an itemized quote.

Bottom line, Alden Roofing's customer service has gone downhill and I don't recommend them due to their lack of communication.

We needed a professional roofing company's opinion on our roof as part of the buying/selling home process. . Having never needed a roofer in this area before we relied heavily on word-of-mouth and local recommendations. It was also extremely nice that Alden Roofing does not have to be licensed in Texas, but they are. Recommendations were overwhelmingly for Alden Roofing; and they were spot on. Alden Roofing arrived on time and were courteous. They spent a good amount of time thoroughly inspecting the roof, gutters, etc. in order to form an educated opinion. After the inspection, the representative explained, in detail, the findings and even shared photos he had taken. It was very informative. Maybe what sold me the most during this no-charge estimate was that in the end they were honest in saying that the roof was appropriately aged and did not in fact need to be repaired or replaced while still explaining exactly what was going on with the roof. If I ever do need to actually replace a roof - I will be turning to Alden Roofing.

Did a fantastic job on my roof. Full roof shingle replacement, a little bit of rotten wood repair over the porch, flashing, and installed gutters as well. The whole team is professional and prompt. Highly recommended.
