Had Alden Roofing replace my roof a few weeks ago, and the entire process could not have gone smoother. This was my first roof replacement, so I was very nervous about the cost and the procedure. I called Alden for a free inspection based on their good reviews, and Clint Rarey come to get on the roof and take a look. He recommended I contact my insurance co. because he found some hail damage from who knows when. Clint said he'd come by when my insurance adjuster came, to make sure I was treated fairly by the adjuster. The insurance ended up covering everything except my deductible. Clint dealt with the insurance company directly, so I had no headaches after writing a check for my deductible. Clint explained the process from A-Z, and everything happened as he said it would. The work crew took great care to protect my driveway, lawn, and plants. They started early, and worked late, likely a 12-hr day the first day. They finished the next day. The roofing was done in a day and a half. It went exactly as Clint said it would. The owner of the company himself climbed up on the roof to do a final inspection, and ask me if I had any concerns. Aiden Roofing isn't a one man show working out of his house. They're a great team of people who even find time to be active in the community. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did.

We live out of town and had them put a new roof on a rental property. Great experience using Pat Spurlin at Alden Roofing after a recommendation from another rental property owner in Pflugerville. They were initially responsive unlike several other companies we called and continued to be responsive through the whole process. The estimate provided was more competitive than any others. They worked with our insurer to get us a much better payout than initially anticipated and explained the insurance process much better than the insurance company. Would absolutely use them again.

Can not say enough about this company. They made what I thought was going to be a complicated process so easy. They were here when the insurance inspector came out and handled any additional communications with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They did quality work, and my roof looks great. Having replaced roofs on previous properties, I was not looking forward to going through it again. But then I found Alden Roofing. Beginning with Pat Spurlin, the sales rep and project manager, then office staff and the roofers, I couldn't ask for a better team. I was kept informed about days, times and insurance info during the entire time from beginning to end. And speaking about the end, the cleanup was amazing. I needed a second opinion regarding our garage roof leak that started leaking again. I emailed Jason Roderick and he replied promptly. He was nice enough to drop by the following day to check the problem. He was very courteous, honest and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell anything, rather just offered his honest opinion. I called and scheduled an appointment. The roofer called and said he was sick and asked to reschedule, which I did. He was supposed to come three days later, so I rearranged my entire schedule to accommodate him. He was supposed to show up at 1:30, but he texted me at 1:25 and said he was in San Marcos and couldn't make it. Completely unprofessional.

We've used Alden Roofing in the past and they did a fine job so, when a new problem appeared, we called them again. Mr Alden himself came out to make the quote. We were putting our house on the market and wanted everything fixed up well enough to satisfy a buyer's home inspector. Mr Alden made a reasonable quote for us. A few days later, he contacted us again. Just to be extra cautious, he wanted to also give us a quote for the whole roof to be replaced. He advised us to wait to see what the inspector's comments were before we paid Alden Roofing to do any work, just in case the results from the lower bid wouldn't be enough to satisfy the buyers. The reason being, he didn't want us to waste our money on the small job only to then be told that the buyers insisted on a whole new roof. We gave both of his quotes for repair to our agent. As it turned out, we didn't need to do either job, the buyer was satisfied with things as they were. Mr. Alden got paid for nothing at all and we wasted no money at all. That is the reason why I am writing this positive review. THANKS, Mr. Alden- not every businessman will tell you to not pay for what you don't need!
