Went through home advisor for roofing companies. I will never do that again. All of a sudden without warning you have anonymous roofing contractors/salesman climbing your roof unannounced! Alden Roofing was one company and the SALESMAN Daniel just showed up at our house without an appt. since he was in the area. I wasn't home. He called my cell to get permission to climb the roof! He came back another day and met with my husband. Wrote a contract then emailed it for us to sign and email back. That is the last time we heard or spoke with Daniel the SALESMAN! I emailed questions and texted him with no reply. I had to call the ""scheduler"" who was suppose to call me first. No, she never call me. I had to call her several times to finally get her to contact me. Contacted her (last name ALDEN too) wanted to see a completed roof of the tile I chose. She never returned my call. Then a week later... 7am a strange truck was parked in front of my house! Their crew of roofers showed up unannounced as I am trying to get my kids off to school! Don't hire them! Terrible customer service! Spend your money on companies that deserve your business.

Do not hire in professional sloppy work no return calls cancelled appointments terrible wuality UPDATE....Alden roofing has still not paid my $2500 worth of damage they did to my house the refunded the down payment and the owner said he would pay for the damage as of today 3/18/18 nada crooks to the nth degree
