D R.This gentleman came out and gave us a price to make a repair to our roof. He said he would email a written proposal. The proposal never arrived!
My husband called him after a couple of weeks, he replied that since it was raining, he wouldn't be able to repair it until the rain stopped. He also said he would email the proposal. He was given 2 contact phone numbers and 2 email addresses, so contacting us should not have been a problem.
More than a month and a half later, no contact.
I called him because he was on Home Advisor!
Unfortunately, we understand some people don't want to do such a small job, but please be honest up front!!!
