Very thankful to have found Ryan & Alcantara Roofing. I had a badly neglected roof leak, exposed wood, broken tiles, sliding tiles etc on a steep section in the front of my house. The repair was done promptly, and I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend Alcantara Roofing!

Most importantly to me and my situation, he was up front about possible changes depending on how bad the damage was. So even though there was some unknown about how bad it could be, I knew a best case price vs worst case price prior to signing.

Ryan arrived promptly to give us a bid. He gave us the best price out of the 4 bids (by far, although price was only one of a few things we considered), and did excellent work. He even replaced some large air vents with new ones, even though we didn't expect him to, as part of the job. He could have just reused the old ones and we wouldn't have complained; I'm positive some other contractors would have reused the old rusty ones.

He is humble and reliable and very responsive to texts, even after hours. I also like that Ryan has an Instagram account so I can see he is proud of his recent work and loves his job and his company.

We had a leaky roof after the recent storm on September 1st, 2023. Called a few roofing companies, a couple showed up and inspected the roof next day. One gave me a very expensive estimate, one did not even send me an estimate. That roofing company wanted to reroof my whole house and was not interested in repairing the leaky area on the roof. A couple did not even called me back or emailed me back since they were busy or not interested in roof repairs. I called Ryan at Alcantara Roofing, he showed up within a couple of hours, inspected my roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that same night. I signed his estimated contract and gave him the job same day. He showed up exactly when he promised and did a great job fixing my leaky roof exactly when he promised.

Ryan is a great professional and is very experienced in repairing roofs. He is also a nice person to chat with. We are so glad we found Ryan. Ryan will be the roofing company when I have to reroof my whole House later. You will be lucky to have Ryan come and fix your leaky roof or reroof your whole house.

In preparation for solarizing our home we needed to refurbish a 40 year old concrete tile roof. We obtained multiple estimates from some of the most well known names in north county roofing. On the recommendation of a personal friend we got a proposal from RM Roofing in Oceanside. Ryan was willing to do the small section for only the solar project but asked to quote the entire roof, 2500 sqft.
