Cannot say enough good things about this Company. I worked directly with Karen Banks. They provided me a quote on a Friday and 7 days later my roof was complete. They were not the cheapest price I got, but they provided the best warranty and service by far of any of the 4 companies I contacted. Highly recommend Albright.

Please save your hard earned money and spend it with a company that does not blatantly lie. Albright will go rouge when you have an issue so go with a reputable company that stands behind their work. Albright simply does not! As home owners we have pictures of the ongoing issues which ensued by Albright doing less than stellar work. The work ethics of the management team should worry you even more. Cheap materials and it took no less than THREE/FOUR times demanding Albright repair issue they caused!! Now, we're stuck financially fitting the bill because of their shady work dealings. Buyer beware!!! You get what you pay for and your hard earned money is NOT worth all their headaches and untrained employees.

WOW!!!
I cannot believe that 7 years have passed since I first contacted Albright Roofing.
We have 7000 sq feet of roof with a home that is 25 years old.
Every time I contact them, the service from the phone team is like a ""Dream Team"" making me feel special......always upbeat.
Of the 5 times we have had repairs, one time the leak returned a month later.....all it took was one call and the repair ""Dream Team"" returned to make it right.
Nothing like the previous companies, that we all know, that don't return calls or give excuses or that sent out estimators to add charges.
4 of my neighbors have thanked us many times for telling them about Albright Roofing.
Albright is a company that really cares about doing the job right.
Must be because of that ""Dream Team Coach"" & owner Tom really cares.
A big thanks for the peace of mind we have about our roof.

Tom Albright wanted to schedule our roof replacement for Nov 1-3rd, bumped up from the original November 24th . I had arranged to take the 3 days off from work since I am a work at home telephonic employee and would not be able hear on the phone during the noise.( I gave them my cell # as the main contact #). Then 2 weeks before the job was to start, Tom left a voice message on another phone number, ""informing"" me that he moved our install date earlier to Oct 30th. He knows my work situation, so I called and spoke with Tina. They knew I have a work at home telephonic job and can't work while roof is replaced. She said they had had a cancellation, moved me up and already gave away my scheduled dates to someone else. Tom called me and insisted he spoke with me about it. He most certainly did not. (I had called asking a question about peel and stick earlier and he never mentioned a schedule change). He was rude and insistent that we spoke about changing the date. I told him I would now have to ask my employer if I could change my time off first, not sure if possible. Then he said he had "" a bad vibe"" and cancelled the contract! I suspect he wanted out because he had a price increase and was locked in to the original lower quote on the contract. I can't otherwise explain his inexplicable rude, outrageous behavior. It was like his needs were the only thing that mattered, not the customer's. Beware of this guy, he is acting strangely.

I just called to request for a quote on a residential roof replacement, the receptionist isn't the most friendly staff and not helpful.
She said the company only use asphalt shingles.
I asked her to check with the owner or manager on the product with fiberglass made blended into the shingles and to call me back. She simply just said the only materials they use at this company are asphalt shingles without even bother to check.
If that's case, then this company is a little behind on materials that they are using.

The traditional asphalt shingles will brittle and break off and do not last very long. Hence, I am looking for shingles with fiberglass blend or fiberglass shingles.

I would recommend this company to everyone. They were so processional and wonderful that I can't say enough good things about them. I called about a roof leak, they were there in a timely manner and fixed my issue within twenty minutes. No stress and excellent work!!!

Truly unprofessional, had a leaky roof repaired by them for $800 only to have the leak reappear, called and was told they would stop by in 2-3 days and yet 2 weeks later and 3 phone calls no one has showed up or returned our calls. Surely their are much more professional roofers out there who value integrity.

When you call for an estimate don't assume they do all residential roofs like they advertise. They came to my residential home (3/2/2 1340 sq feet) and said they did not do roofs with high pitch. While I appreciate the honesty they should do a better job obtaining info when you set up the estimate so time's not wasted. I did say it had a high pitch when appointment was made. The company came highly recommended but I personally can't attest to their service as they could not provide it for my home.

Cannot recommend highly enough. This company wasn't the highest bid nor the lowest bid, but right in the middle. Tom Albright handled the bid. He did so professionally and efficiently, showing up exactly when scheduled and answering all our questions. The crew was amazing -- very fast, efficient, polite and respectful. Cleanup was pristine. Can't say enough good things about Stacey in their office. She was incredibly polite and efficient -- answering all questions and keeping us informed of what was going on. We were away for the summer when the final inspection was done by the building department, and she was nice enough to send us a copy, just to ease our minds. We don't think Albright could run without her! Great company and nice people.
