I'm checking with the county to see if there was even a 'real' inspection done. My husband had just passed away unexpectedly when they replacedmy roof. It feels like they took advantage to say the least. I have leaks in my house, shingles are waving, nails are punched through all the eaves that weren't even painted. It's a complete mess and they're no show no a call back on their supposed warranty.

FILTHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL - DO NOT HIRE

I just bought a home and the seller agreed to have some roof repairs done as well as have the roof cleaned of leaves and debris. (Jerry) Alba's Roofing was hired to do the job and after a few hours on site, he reported the work was complete. I asked for photos and the very first one I saw showed one of the broke d Jerry's response was that there is a tile underneath and that he provides a 2 year warranty. Seriously? Everyone with a high school education knows there's a tile underneath, that's how roof tiles work. He though he could go there, spend a few hours, and walk happily to the bank with the $2500 fee. FURTHERMORE, the cleaning work - he had blown the leaves off, but the heavier debris that settles to the bottom, there were piles of it still there. I asked that these issues be addressed. Jerry went back and did replace the broken tiles this time, and he did clean the roof, but when I came to the home that afternoon, the pool was filthy with debris and leaves. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The bushes around the home were also covered in this filth. He failed to take precautions, and when confronted, he got upset with my realtor and said he was not going back - blaming the filth on others, and arguing there was no proof that it was his work. Again, any child could tell that the leaves and debris would have come from above since the pool was clean just two days before, and while more leaves could have fallen on it, certainly not in the volume that was there, and certainly not the heavier debris at the bottom of the pool.
The last straw was this guy had the nerve to tell my realtor never to call him again!
If you want to avoid trouble, DON'T hire this 3.2 rated, rude, and unprofessional outfit.

If there were six stars, I would give them to Alba's Roofing. A year ago we bought a house that was a fixer. We added a new garage and a new carport and when it came time to put a roof on those we opted for metal. The metal manufacturer gave us a list of professionals who know how to install their product and we chose Jerry Alba because of his positive attitude and his professionalism. Now that the job is finished I have to tell you, the work is excellent and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Alba's Roofing. Honest, reliable, professional.
