Never used them. An $850 estimate for gutter cleaning and reinstalling one tile on the roof (roof was replaced 4 years ago) was way too much for me to consider. I really don't think Alan's wanted to job to begin with.

Alan came out to look at an active roof leak. They look in the attic and got on top the house. Once they spotted the affected area they went ahead and fixed the problem. As they were putting their latter away I asked what they had found. He said ""we took care of the problem. It's all fixed. You had a few nails popped on the ridge vent. We went ahead and replaced them with screws and laid some roofing cement to seal the shingles on the area that need it"". I was shocked cause they didn't even ask me to fix it, they just went ahead and did it. I ask Alan what I owe him and his response won me as a customer for life. He said ""are you married?"" I replied ""Yes"". and he said this ""take your wife out to dinner and have a good time"" I was blowed away cause I had other roofers come out and I had all sorts of quotes. One of them wanted to replace my entire roof ($10,000 plus) and the ones that would consider repairing were in the $1000 range. I'm so glad I called Alan's Roofing. They save me a lot of money and my wife got a date night. How exciting is that!

I highly recommend using Alan's Roofing for any roofing job. You owe it to yourself to get a 2nd opinion.

Scott Allen came out today to give us an estimate and take a look at our roof that had two leaks. Within a short while he found the source of our leak and he fixed it. He didn't charge us anything. We're still in shock. We were very concerned about how much this roof repair would cost and they fixed it for free. We don't know how to thank them. Very kind and would recommend them to everyone..

Alan came out this morning for a free estimate and ended up fixing my roof while he was here. I have never met a more honest business owner in my life. I didn't know that those small town, full of heart, and reliable businesses still existed in today's world. When we need our roof replaced, which is only a matter of time for us, we won't hesitate to call Alan. I'm always skeptical of any construction related businesses, but I felt nothing but trust with Alan and his business. You are doing yourself an injustice if you call anyone but Alan for your roofing repairs or replacement. He truly is the best.

Our church was having minor roof leaks and money was tight and yet the problem could not be ignored. Called Alan's Roofing and left a message and 3 hours later the owner himself showed up and assessed our problem. We could not afford to hire his company, or any company due to financial constraints. And yet this did not stop this wonderful and godly man to bless the Lord's house by helping us out. Alan gave us his professional input and guidance using our own manpower in the church.
