Alan Townsend Roofing is the best company we've ever used. He gave us a fair quote and stuck to it, even though there were unexpected costs with rotten wood and additional material was needed. They fixed what other companies couldn't. His team showed up on time and finished the job on schedule, with an excellent clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend this company - there's no one better in this area!

Alan put a new roof on my shed and he did a good job but when he cleaned up the old tear off he left at least 150 old roofing nails in my front and back yard. I bought a magnet and had them picked up in less then 1 hr. He did say that he went thru my yard with a magnet but I highly doubt it. I contacted him at least 4 times to come back and pick up the nails and he would never arrive, but he would say He was very busy at this time. I had to get new tires. Thanks a lot

Incredibly rude over the phone. I've never been spoken to like that by anyone. If I'm trying to give you the opportunity to earn thousands of my hard earned dollars, the least you can do is speak kindly to me. There are more than enough roofers in the area, I'll find someone who has the decency to treat customers with respect.

I highly recommend Alan Townsend for your roofing needs. When my bathroom ceiling had a leak, he came out on a Sunday, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and did not even charge me for the job!!
These days, it is difficult to find honest, reliable repairmen for your home, and Alan is one of the ""good"" guys. I highly recommend him!!
