The review that is not currently recommended seems genuine, and has many specific points that are important to me. The only review that IS recomended is vague and seems like a fake. Your software needs some adjustment.

Many areas of the driveway/front entrance were not cleaned or cleaned thoroughly. No soap was used just bleach sprayed. There were scroll mark on the driveway where too much pressure was used. He claims the etched scroll marks were there before he started. They are very noticeable and I would have seen them. Why didn't he tell me about them before he started. He used a traditional single head power washer instead of a rotating multi-sprayer head. There are areas between the paver bricks where there is still mold. The Two men took only 45 minutes to do the roof and the driveway. Many corners of the driveway and entrance had sand and dirt residue in the corners. The front entrance still looks dirty. Neighbors have made negative comments about the cleaning. I'm 72 and I had to move all the potted plants. He was to clean the exterior of the gutters, but just sprayed them with bleach, the dirt is still there, but it's bleached.

We have used this service for years..he has cleaned our roof,repaired our roof,and painted our driveway.we like him on our roof because he is very knowledgeable about how to walk on our roof without damaging it.he does 90 percent of the homes in our neighborhood,and they all look pristine.he is always on time ,and is always very conscience of the job at hand.he provides a great service to the englewood area,and we don't know what we would do without him
