We also had a representative from Alamo Roofing stop by uninvited earlier this year, offering to do a free roof inspection after a recent minor hailstorm. Didn't take him up on his offer, as consumer advocates advise against this practice, instead recommending homeowners contact their insurance first, to have their adjuster do an inspection to determine if there is any damage that would warrant a claim to be approved. They also say the customer should then choose the contractor, not the other way around, as the better contractors usually don't have to go around looking for work.

I had a person knock on my door stating a free estimate on my roof. I signed up and set appt. My inspector/project manager was Miguel. He assisted with contacting my insurance company for approval. My insurance adjuster did a great job and was approved to replace my roof. I signed a contract for $14,112.57 + my deductible. I also have solar to be removed and reinstalled. As time went by the amount increased and the whole situation became ugly, meaning they were more concerned about every penny my insurance company gave me, rather than customer service. I canceled due to poor conduct from company supervisors and terms like "" thats the way we do business"" I caution any home owner to stay aware of bad business practices. They say I owe them $1500 for canceling!! They never provided any work on my roof. Can you say money hungry, absolutely pitiful. I would NOT recommend this company

Alamo did a great job on my hail damage. Chris Peacock pointed out that not only did I have hail damage on my roof but also on my window screens, my AC unit, fence and also my pergola.

Chris was able to get all of these taken care of and where the service was not performed by Alamo roofing, he subcontracted it out. I didn't have to call multiple companies or anything like that so it was very convenient. They even upgraded my roof vents to the more efficient versions.

We did encounter an issue with one of the subcontractors which delayed the project but Chris and Alamo made sure that the job was completed and followed through. I am happy that all of these things have been fixed.

A few of my fence posts had broken due to wind damage and I was missing shingles as well. My pergola had tons of little spots on it from where the hail had hit it. All of these issues are now gone!
