Do not hire this company. I recently purchased a home and one of the conditions agreed upon was to install an automatic garage door opener. The technicians and their service started off awesome! They were very polite and eager to complete the job. After they worked all morning and nearly completed the installation, it turns out another job was more important than finishing the last 10 minutes of work. They left and notified me that they would return the next day. The next day turned into a week. After numerous times trying to contact them I finally received a response. The response was that they would arrive the following Sunday. NO SHOW and I haven't heard from them since. I call everyday but nothing. I finally lose patience and decided to complete the job myself, yes the one they were already paid for. It turns out the brains/motherboard of the garage door opener was fried. I can't blame that on them, but my confidence is zero with this company. I reached out to the manufacturer and have a replacement on the way.
