Aladdin Insulation's A.J. and Dimitri did a great job of insulating my home. I have a thick blanket of insulation in the attic, and outlet and plumbing seals, too. They sealed the sink drain pipes--creatures or cold air can't get in now. They were very willing to answer my questions and explain things. Great job, guys!

They arrived at my house on time, did the insulation work in my attic that I contracted in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. Aladdin's employees were very courteous and answered any questions I had and informed me as to what they were doing prior to starting. If you are considering attic insulation I would definitely consider using Aladdin.

They replaced our siding, windows, and built a new deck. While it looks good now, I'm not sure how it will look a year from now. First they built the deck and we specifically asked them to only use screws (NO NAILS) and what did we get nails underneath and screws on top. They did siding next and were told that they would replace any rotten wood. Well they tore out a piece of rotten wood right beside our front door and filled it with putty instead of replacing it with wood. We pulled the putty out and told them to replace it with wood which they did but now we are concerned of what they did with the rotten wood that we didn't happen to see replaced. Is my house built out of putty now? Then they did the windows those guys did good work but they cut a few screens when installing and said they would fix them but never did. There was one guy on the crew that kept coming in our house to use the bathroom a lot, and he was in here when we did not give him permission either. The painters painted our doors and the paint started peeling right away because they didn't use the right primer. We told the project manager several times that he needed to use a certain primer and he told us they are using the primer they always use but we will prime it and paint it again. So of course the paint is peeling away again from our doors. Every crew left behind so much trash, nails, screws, shards of metal, food, drinks. We had to pick up after each one so that my dog didn't eat their scraps or step on anything that would cut him. Then the owner, who never came out once we signed the contract, was contacted multiple times to give a receipt and warranty information and we just got a receipt from him but no warranty information. We need to get our screens fixed but he will not send us the information we need to get this done. They are only getting a 3 because it does look like a new house for now, except the paint around the doors, but who knows what is in store if they built my house out of putty.

We needed new attic insulation because the cellulose insulation in the 30+ year old home we recently acquired had settled and was no longer at the efficiency level required. Aladdin was the third company I got a quote from. Unlike the others, Charlie did not want to sell me spray-foam and he did not promise me he could make certain areas of my home ice-cold as they had. He did offer me practical solutions to making my above garage closet cooler (that have worked!) and suggested I do some research on the spray-foam. I had been convicted that I wanted spray-foam and was ready to go with one of the other companies to install it, but after I looked through the research, I determined I didn't want to use the product. In the end, the estimate Aladdin provided was $6000 less than than the next less-expensive quote (because the spray-foam is so expensive), and so we went with them. I was also impressed with Charlie's industry knowledge and certifications and the fact that everyone who works for him is an employee and not a 1099 contractor.

With that, the installers arrived to my house on time and set about prepping the job and performing the air sealing around the outlets. They worked efficiently, explained what they were doing as they went along, and showed me the finished work product upon completion. It has been less than a week, but already we notice a difference in the efficiency of the AC upstairs. We used to have some rooms that were freezing while others were too warm; now they are more regulated, which we are happy about.

Very pleasant experience. From the person who came to give us the estimate to the two individuals who performed the insulation job, we were very pleased. I was concerned they might damage our hardwood floors since the day our service was scheduled for threatened to be a rainy one. They were very respectful of the house and cleaned thoroughly up after completion. I was shown the scope of their work before they departed, to my satifaction. I would recommend them without reservations.

Great price, but front office horrible at their job. Inquired about 12 months same as cash but never even told how I would pay with credit card much less this advertised deal. Never received a receipt or any kind of documentation about windows or warranty for them other than what is available online or in promotional literature. So that is the reason for one of the stars going away. Noticed a couple of my windows have particles inside glass. Had to wait for months after getting window estimate for actual installation to occur. Guy that was in charge of installation unable to tell me specific day he'd be out until literally two days before, despite the fact they'd received my windows a month or so before. Window team itself were quick and hard working. Poor sealant clean-up (you'll be washing caulking off both sides for hours the next day, but install seemed pretty good. They could have installed some insulation under and over windows where metal is just installed over gap in wood, but I'm not an expert and could be wrong.

Had these people also do my duct cleaning and would not recommend that at all. Was overpriced and that crew took twice as long as the crew that replaced all my windows (you think would be other way around). One of the guys used my bathroom probably 6 or 7 times in four hours which seemed a little unprofessional, but maybe he was having a bad day. Saw no evidence of any CSI camera action as advertised and after they left I was vacuuming my vents and around them for residual chunks the remainder of the day. Also found rusty screws all around house after they were done including in the wife's panty drawer (maybe coincidence, maybe not). Although all vents were replaced with screws in them, many able to just pull right out the wall after they left so not sure if paint was holding them tight before or if Mr. Pee Pee stripped them all out. Would give only 1 or two stars if based on duct cleaning alone.
