Alejandro was well worth the wait. He returned my call the same day, came out the next and the estimate was in our hands within 3 or 4 days. He is very busy (rightfully so) but he came to do the job as soon as he could. His estimate was reasonable and he impressed us with his knowledge and enthusiasm.
We had a leaky spot, he checked the entire roof and replaced tiles that were cracked. He showed us pictures of before and after repairs and explained what he had done. We are happy with Alejandro's work and recommend him without hesitation

I asked for a quote through Yelp, and he was one of two companies to respond promptly. Although he is unable to to the job that I need (not due to lack of skill, but only accepting certain types of jobs right now) he still replied quickly and even offered some advice and even a link to a ""how to"" video. Great business to work with. Needed some roof work and called over 12 companies, majority said they were too busy. Alejandro was great to work with. Very communicative and thorough. Found more damage than another estimate that I received. They were prompt and fast with scheduling and did an excellent job.

We had a roof leak we had discovered over last winter. We had a few stains on the ceiling in the front room. We had contacted 7 companies wanting to get an estimate. Only two companies including A&L came out to do an estimate. The other companies either didn't return our call or two of them actually called back to say they aren't taking bids for roof repairs only re roofing jobs. I called A&L, the call was answered and we scheduled an appt for the estimate to be completed the same day! We received the estimate the following evening!

He came into the house to investigate where the leak was then got onto the roof to not only check out that area but the rest of the roof as well. He took photos to show me and gave in great detail an explanation of what's going on up there, his recommendations and what he would do to fix. The estimate was broken down in parts. The other company that came out did not even get on the roof to inspect and quoted us at a ridiculous price.

The communication was very prompt and professional. Always arrived on time. Cleaned up their work afterwards. I even added on a little job to fix the leak where the house and patio cover met was having. Very hard workers and have already recommended them out to a few coworkers. I will definitely call them in any future roofing needs.

I am looking forward to seeing how the roof and patio cover fixes hold up. Thanks for your hard work guys!

I had had a leak in my roof for a while. It was where the original house met a sunroom addition. I had just chosen to be ignorant about the situation until this last winter when, with all the rains, my ceiling caved.

The day I decided to deal with the situation, I called 5 roofing companies. Alex was the only one to answer the phone. I left voicemails with every other company and no one EVER called me back. Alex said he was busy that week but would text me back the following Monday, and he did. He said he would be out to the house the next day to look at it, and he was there, on time. He said he'd have a quote to me by the end of the week, and I had it. I had one other roofing company recommended to me that had done work for my family. After weeks of trying to get a hold of him and him flaking 2 times before coming out to look at the roof, I had my estimate a week later than he said he'd have it to me, and the price was outrageous! It was then that I truly appreciated Alex's professionalism and integrity.

Alex is busy. And trying to coordinate schedules between work, weather, and summer vacations, it took a while for the repair to be done. But through it all the communication was always there. He always responded to my texts promptly and I knew he was trying his best to get the work done ASAP.

During the repair he explained everything to me. He showed me pictures of what everything was looking like while he was doing the work. He genuinely wants to do the best job he can. The roof is now fixed and it looks amazing. I guess ultimately this winter I will know for sure how well the repair was done but I have no fear. Alex guarantees his work for 3 years. I would highly recommend him but know that right now, he's a busy guy. If you're patient, he will do a great job for you.

I sent a request for a quote for repairs today. I received a response within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the response was that he is too busy to even look at this until August. I'm giving 3 stars for the quick response. But cannot give more as I was unable to get a quote.
