Absolutely the best of the best! The owner is so incredibly professional and recommended a particular type of new roof for my sunroom that would block 80% of the sun's heat. He was spot on as I can testify to on this 105° day! I can sit out there and it's a little warm but comfortable. His workers are meticulous and so tidy that I wouldn't have known they were there if I hadn't come home from work before they were done. He's trustworthy to the degree I let him do the roof while I was gone. He did additional repairs to the main roof that he wasn't even working on because he knew it would improve it. Use Andy at AJI Roofing if you want the best work at a very fair price.

I had a new roof installed December, 2015. I was very pleased with the contractor. He installed 3 roofs on homes in the past 2 years on our street.

I did some research on his product a 60 mil TPO membrane. Its a plastic liner or membrane that can be used in swimming pools. I think its a very good product and it's very popular in the mid west states and Texas. Historically it lasts up to 20 years before water penetration.

The contractor offers a 10 year warranty on the scope of work.

Andrew is great. He answers the phone, came when said he would. Did a great job! I was on the roof myself everyday and was so pleased with the workmanship.

Excellent service. Before and after photos were taken so we understood the repairs we were going to have done . The staff was wonderful and very polite. They were punctual and verify neat and clean. I definitely recommend. The owner was very understanding about our urgency to have the work done since we were having a wave of rain storms in So. Cal.
