This is my second time using Aguilar Roofing for two separate roofing needs. Water was leaking through the roof vents, which leaked through my bedroom ceiling. Here are my opinions about Aguilar Roofing:

1. This company was the ONLY one that was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day, driving more than an hour away.
2. The water company, contracted out by my insurance company suggested cutting out the stained ceiling, repairing, and repainting the entire ceiling. Ubaldo (owner) stated that it wasn't necessary, and drying out the stain, painting with primer and paint would correct the issue.
3. He advised that my builder installed the incorrect size roof vents, and pointed out the gap in the vents allowing water to enter.
4. He provided the option to replace the vents, but since my roof is only 11 yo, he recommended installing additional flashing to keep the rain out.
5. He brought it to my attention that the shingles were improperly nailed in, and suggested I continue to monitor the shingles.
6. He priced the final charge fairly.

I can't relate to the low ratings, as this company has been excellent to me. I suggest you give them a chance and make your own decision.

Called Aguilar Roofing leak damage ceiling.
Advise to replace new roof. Two young adult without supervision replace new roof

After Aguilar replace new roof 7 days later we had rain. Tenant called ceiling water stain. It was roof leaking . He said, he repaired it . Four months layers 2 days raining leaks again.

I would not recommend Aguilar roofing friend and relative

Aguilar Roofing was the third company I contacted to replace a roof. They we're the lowest bid and they chose the right materials to make the job cost efficient and durable. then they came earlier than the planned date and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

Aguilar Roofing was recommended by a neighbor for my mother's house. They looked at the roof and sent an estimate that was very reasonable. They helped us pick out the correct shingles and started the work the next week. The crew showed up on time and went straight to work. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of my mom. I dropped by on day one and the foreman showed me what and how they were performing the work. They finished on day two and cleaned up as if they were never there. The roof looks great and my mother is very happy. I would highly recommend Aguilar Roofing. They exceeded our expectations.

We needed a roofing job done before the rains came in the fall of 2017. Aguilar Roofing of Fairfield California was the first to respond to our search. To put it bluntly, we were not great customers at first! I missed my first appointment with the owner. We finally met and he gave a fair estimate. Ultimately we decided on another roofer who seemed reputable as well. We then had several issues with non responsivness and poorly executed estimates with changing prices and long stories with this other company. We went back to Aguilar and are glad we did. The roof looks great, the prices were fair and the workers were nice and respectful through and through. We are very happy with the work and will report back after the rains come to tell of how well the roof passed through the storms! Gracias, Ubaldo y toda la Familia Aguilar!

Paid this company to repair roof leaks and were assured that it was repaired. Rainy season comes along and the roof still leaks!! They won't return our calls. Called them as if we were a new customer and gave them a different phone number. They called back and scheduled a time and date to come by and they never showed up or called. If you want to just throw your $$ away, this is the company to call!
