Kelly and his crew @ Affordable Roofing just replaced the very old cedar shake roof on my 1960 Alameda home with new plywood and GAF asphalt shingles. Very happy with every aspect of the installation. Kelly is a great guy. Clean, polite and concerned about getting the details right, and ... affordable - just like the name says! Highly recommend.

Kelly and his crew did a great job on our 1000sq ft home in Martinez. His bid was not the highest nor the lowest, but perfectly in the middle. I'd recommend affordable roofing systems in a heart beat.

Had a great experience with Kelly and the crew at Affordable Roofing Systems. We had 5 or 6 quotes to replace the roof and insulation and we were most comfortable right off the bat with Kelly, didn't feel like we were being sold a bunch of work that wasn't needed. At the end of the job, the price was right there where it was estimated and everything was priced fairly. We had never replaced a roof before so we went in pretty nervous but I can say we are very happy with the quality and overall process with this company, we would highly recommend them.

Don't even bother, they'll try to sell you a new roof without even coming to the house. When they realize that's not what you're looking for, they'll be ""too busy"" to help you.

for a very honest roofer.
Kelly's crew came early on day one and were all done on day two mid afternoon. Did a very fine clean up after finishing the roof job.

Great service at a fair price. Kelly gave us a fair price and though there were other quotes for less, I felt more confident talking with Kelly than the other guys. He was knowledgeable and told us exactly what was going on with the roof. During the install, the crew accidentally let the cable line drape down too far and a large truck drove by and snapped the cable. It cost $50 bucks to have it repaired. I forgot the deduct that on final payment like Kelly told me to do. But when I called Kelly to tell him how much it was and that I forgot, he quickly said no problem and he will send a check. I value integrity as much as workmanship and I think this company has both.
