Since its inception in 1995, Affordable Roofing, a family-owned enterprise, has dedicated itself to offering top-notch roofing services to its local clientele. With a strong community focus, the owners joined local Chambers of Commerce, volunteering on committees and backing local educational institutions and charities. Consequently, Affordable Roofing emerged as the trusted roofing provider in South County.

In just a few years, Affordable Roofing earned recognition as a Master Elite roofing contractor with GAF Material Corporation, the largest shingle manufacturer in the U.S., placing it among the top 3% of roofing contractors nationwide.

A commitment to customer service has consistently defined our company and contributed to our expansion. By listening to our clients, we identified a common issue: hot attics leading to uncomfortable indoor temperatures, even with proper attic ventilation. To address this, Affordable Roofing investigated viable options and identified a novel product: Low-E radiant barrier insulation. We added this radiant barrier to our offerings and quickly gained enthusiastic supporters. Eventually, radiant barriers were mandated as part of California Title 24 requirements.

In 2003, the son of the owners completed his degree in Environmental Studies and Alternative Energy at San Jose State. Following his graduation, he began working in the solar industry, where he gained essential experience over the years.
