Company Overview

Founded in 1995, Affordable Roofing is a family-run roofing service that initially focused on delivering high-quality roofing to the community. Driven by a community spirit, the owners engaged with local Chambers of Commerce, contributing their time to committees and supporting schools and other charitable organizations. This commitment helped Affordable Roofing become the leading roofing company in South County.

Within a few years, Affordable Roofing achieved the status of Master Elite roofing contractor with GAF Material Corporation, the leading shingle manufacturer in the country, ranking it in the top 3% of roofing contractors across the nation.

Customer service has always been a hallmark of our company and a key factor in our growth. Through attentive listening to our customers, we recognized a prevalent concern: hot attics causing discomfort indoors, despite adequate attic ventilation. To address this, Affordable Roofing investigated viable options and identified a novel product: Low-E radiant barrier insulation. We integrated this radiant barrier into our services and soon garnered enthusiastic fans. Eventually, radiant barriers were mandated as part of California Title 24 requirements.

In 2003, the owners' son graduated from San Jose State with a degree in Environmental Studies and Alternative Energy. Following his graduation, he began working in the solar industry, where he gained essential experience over the years.
