In 1989, Affordable Roofing was established as Fine Homes of South Carolina, specializing in building homes. An Air Force veteran and local of Pickens, SC, Philip Flaugher Jr. made the decision to start his own company. Now, thirty years on, our committed team consists of Philip Flaugher Jr., Kathy Flaugher, Brandon White, and Anthony Eaton, supported by two experienced crews with extensive knowledge. We are dedicated to serving the Upstate of South Carolina, reaching out to Pickens, Greenville, Oconee, and Anderson Counties.
