The inception of Affordable Roofing dates back to 1989 when it operated as Fine Homes of South Carolina, dedicated to residential projects. Philip Flaugher Jr., a veteran of the Air Force and a Pickens, SC native, took the bold step to launch his own business. Now, thirty years on, our committed team consists of Philip Flaugher Jr., Kathy Flaugher, Brandon White, and Anthony Eaton, supported by two experienced crews with extensive knowledge. We continue to proudly serve the Upstate region of South Carolina, including Pickens, Greenville, Oconee, and Anderson Counties.
