I gave them money for a new roof and I'm still waiting months later! Everyone in my community went with other companies and have completed jobs. I'm still waiting and keep calling they won't return my calls!!!!!

This business ranks as the worst business I have ever dealt with. I was looking to have my house re-roofed and called this business to have them come out to do the estimate. After failing to show up at several scheduled times....one of their people (Alex) finally shows up after me calling them back five times. Alex surveyed the area and said he would email me the estimate. After not hearing anything for days, I called the company back. The lady on the phone was not very pleasant or helpful, but she finally gave me a cellphone number for Alex so that I could check on the estimate with him directly. After calling Alex, he said he would get me the estimate right away. Another few days passed and I called him again. He said he was busy, but would send it by the end of the week. After not getting it by the end of the week, I contacted him again. He said he has it in his truck right now and will send it right away. I even confirmed with him that he had my correct email address. Again he did not send it. Here we are over a month later and have yet to receive the estimate. Needless to say I hired another company. If I were you, I would steer clear of doing business with Affordable Roofing & Gutters in the Lee and Collier county area of Florida.
