They replaced my roof in May 2018. They demolished my gutters, left pieces of fascia dangling, chipped stucco off of the house, got more roofing tar ON my freshly painted house and ON the new shingles than under them and pieces of new shingles are torn. The owner, John, refused to come look at the damage that his guys caused and, instead, yelled, cursed at me and then slammed the phone down. I am filing suit in Small Claims Court for damages.

We bought a home with a roof under warranty from them. When we had our insurance inspection after closing the inspector found a small leak so I called them. Regardless of in or out of warranty they refused to even look at it. They kept saying they were not accepting repair work. I explained that $12,931.00 was spent on the roof and we would gladly pay but they refused to even look at it. Find another roofer

These people are CRAZY.. we gave a deposit to do our roof and they never showed up. When I called the owner Johnathan Leonard, he started swearing at me and cursing! Please do NOT do business with this scam of a company! I am still trying to get my deposit back. I will be contacting the state licensing board and the bbb.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We started our project in November and it is just now finished, which is May 1, 2018.
We gave them a deposit but we still owe the final payment, we refused to pay another dime until the job was done and he fixed all of the things that the company damaged such a the gutter on the house, the yard lights in the flower beds. 12 lights were to be replaced on and they had stuck 4 of the solar lights in the ground and that was all, as for the gutter they did get that repaired. There were nails left in the yard, the concrete drive was also damaged from where they had pushed the dumpster into it.
CONSUMER BEWARE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Needed a new roof due to Irma. Estimate was slightly beow another company and had a flat roof done 6 months prior with no problems/ Waited 3 months as expexted and cost was at least 20 % higher due to hurricane,
Paid 1/2 total to start.
My son (who lives nearby and I wasnt there) informed me that the roof failed inspection due to missing screws and also vent from dryer thrown on ground and hole for it in roof had been shingled over.
Got a call from Mike, the manager to collect final payment, He was not aware that the inspection failed the work. Said he would check. Mike called my son who volunteered to put in the screws. Mike was to put the screws in the mailbox for my son but he never delivered the screws. Two weeks later Mike called again to collect the final payment. I asked if the roof had finally passed inspection. He did not know but did demand payment even if the roof had not passed. I told him I would pay when I had documentation that the roof had passed inspection. He became extremely rude and demanded payment in spite of the fact that inspection had failed. Mike told me to read my contract which required that I pay regardless of the failue to pass inspection. I reiterated my position.
When I learned that the proper corrections were made I paid the final payment.
I was a repeat customer and I was treated horribly and the initial work was shoddy with inadequate supervision and no knowledge of the outcome of the job.
Be forewarned if you deal with this company they will badger you to pay for substandard work with no concern for quality to pass inspection.
I was told by the office that Mike had been paid up front for his part so I suspect the owner may have been directing Mike to collect the bill.

This company is the slowest, rudest company that we have ever dealt with. We had a new roof and gutters put on in Sept. 2016. The inspector came out and they saw the gutters weren't properly adhered to the house but they said it could be easily fixed so they would go ahead and pass it. It was a problem getting them back out to fix this gutter. Now keep in mind the inspector does not get up there and check to see that each roof shingle is properly nailed down. After the hurricane (not quite a year since the roof was replaced) both valleys blew off the roof beside the peak on the front of our house and then again the gutter fell back down. I called affordable roofing about 3 weeks after the hurricane because I knew they were very busy and was never called back so I called several times again after that (later in the year) and they told me how busy they were so I finally talked to office staff again today 2/20/18 and their exact words were all bets are off after a hurricane. First off what a response very professional don't you think? This roofing company is very hard to deal with and I would recommend paying a couple hundred dollars more and getting it done right. I told them I would be listing here and was told to go ahead.

Affordable Roofing was the least expensive quote we got. Being a roof and very expensive we went with them. Don't be fooled they will collect the money and then could care less. While removing the roof many nails had fell to the ground. I found nails as they were working. When the supervisor (Dave) came to pick up the check. I asked if they could pick up the nails as I have 2 kids under the age of 5 and a dog. He said he would have someone come back with a magnet device and scan the yard. That never happened! In the meantime I have stepped on several nails myself and have found up 20 in total. I was finally feed up with the amount of rusty nails I have stepped on. I called there office and Denise answered. Denise told me that she would have someone come out and check but that it was not there problem. Denise said that since it was major construction they did not have to clean up there mess even though there mess that will someday injure my kids. I asked Denise when they would be returning to scan the yard for the remaining nails and Denise said she did not know. I asked if she could call me when they do so I knew the job was getting done. Since they never returned the first time, I asked. Guess what? I have never received that phone call! For a customer to give a company that much money and they treat someone like they did is outrageous. Do not give this company your money they will treat you like a number inline(that is being polite). Pay the money for a better service, Its worth it.

I had Affordable Roofing do our roof in 2015. Did a great job with the exception of backing into our garage door of which they apologized and offered to replace.

Its now time for new gutters so we called affordable to schedule a sales person to come out and also address a concern we have that the shingles do not overhang the edge of the house on the one side.
I asked for Paul who had treated us very well. We were told he is no longer there. I was also told they don't come out unless the roof is leaking. After I had explained 4 times why I needed for someone to come out the woman on the phone was very arrogant and ignorant. She accused me of drinking and hung up.
I drove over to their office, I had been there in 2015 and was greeted very nicely. This time I was approached by someone asking if I had a bill for him. I said no and started to explain my situation with his secretary who decided once again to show her ignorance and interrupt me. When I turned back around the boss he was gone and couldn't have cared less.

Evidently maybe this company was sold or cant keep employees. But I would stay far far away from affordable roofing. In after thought I am glad the women that answers their phone did me a favor by being an as_ hole. I got another company that did our gutters so Affordable Roofing just loss 4000. thanks to their poor business sense.

This company was fantastic. They started on the day they said they would and completed the project early. They were neat and clean and charged the quoted amount. Tops in my book!
