Affordable Roofing was outstanding with our roof installation to our home in Fort Myers Beach 4 yeas ago, they are professional, responsive, great communication, trustworthy, plus stands by their workmanship. We recently had a leak in our skylight and Affordable Roofing returned immediately after I contacted their office and performed a fantastic repair to our skylight. I highly recommend Afforodable Roofing.

Affordable Roofing is a Great Fantastic Company! I had a roof put in 2004 it was a Great Job! I just had a new roof put on this week on another house. What a great job! Everone is very nice Makes you feel like Family! I will use them again!

We had our tile roof, soffits and gutters replaced by Affordable Roofing. Their crews did excellent work and the house looks great. They protected the driveway and landscaping, and did a good job of cleaning up as the work progressed. When our new pool enclosure was installed, several tiles were cracked while workers were on the roof securing the cage. Affordable came out right away and replaced them at no charge even though damage wasn't their fault. Office staff was always friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend them.

Terrible service. I am a property manager who referred my client to Affordable Roofing after hurricane Irma came through Naples. They were quick to come out and give a quote, and take the deposit money. That was back in October of 2017, and they still HAVE NOT STARTED on the roof! I feel like an idiot, referring this company, and a year and a half has passed, and NOTHING!! No choice but to go to court. Never again will I recommend this company, and hopefully this review will save someone cash and a major headache. They took a large deposit, and have been stringing the home owner along for months now. Saying it's on the schedule, we'll be starting within a couple of weeks, etc. I don't know how a business can operate like this. It's not right. So disappointing, unethical, immoral. I would give them 0 stars if I could. At this point they have just ripped off the home owner.

This company is horrible. They tore our roof off at the end of August in GGE and left it unprotected and it poured down rain. All the seams in our ceiling came apart with tape coming off, cheapest estimate to repair 3500.00. They also dropped something very heavy on our air conditioner, crushing the top in as well as got a bunch of concrete on the fan blades and wiring inside the air conditioner costing us over 600.00 to have repaired. They refuse to acknowledge the damage they left behind, let alone pay for it. I refuse to release the last check from the bank to them until they at least discuss the damage with me so they put a lien on my house and said they are going to foreclose on it. Denise from billing called me a Fing B and a Fing C the very first time I ever spoke to her. Avoid this company

Company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SAFETY WHAT-SO-EVER. Company left DOZENS of Nails all over driveway and front walkway. Not to mention the Dozens of nails in the grass! Also left pieces of roofing and shingles all throughout the yard, with even Dozens of bottle-caps all over yard. I called to let them know how many nails there were everywhere after I got a nail through my shoe into my foot while trying to use the yard hose. This is after their cleanup, and they said they will never be able to get all the nails, there are probably 100's we don't even know about. They sent 2 more people to clean nails, but still nails all over, and not even just in the grass, but all over the cement where they should be easiest to spot and clean. I called again after my dog just stepped on a nail on the stone steps going into the yard, and I was Hung-up on by a woman named Heather. She said i'll let my boss know gotta go and click! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PETS/FAMILY OR EVEN TENANTS!

Terrible Company. They treat their clients horribly, and threaten to lien and force close on your home.
They ruined my gutters, stole the left over shingles that I paid for, and left roofing nails all over my yard causing multipule flat tires on my cars and lawnmower. I never had one go into my foot!!

Unfortunately, must disagree with issues that have transpired since 05/17. There is no paperwork regarding guarantees/warranty on the various items installed; i.e., shingles, solar tube, solar attic fan. I've called the office requesting copies. They want me to call; have stated don't know who their suppliers are, yet alone what the manufacturers are of these items. The office staff and supervisor were extremely rude. When asked to speak to supervisor, stated, 'she was, and too busy and swamped.' Disconnected. Called back, was irate and promptly hung up.

I was referred to this company and Dave called me. We already have the situation from h*** with another roofer. After assuring me that most of the people that work for the company are from the same state I came from and that they will do us right and not screw us, things go south. I texted him for an update on June 20th (5 days after we spoke). He said the ""owner was abroad and he would be back tomorrow""). Nothing the next day, so on June 26th, I text again, and he said ""he was working on it. Yesterday I sent him a text that said ""I'm sure you've forgotten about me. We only spoke 3 weeks ago. So much for a quote or doing us ""right"". No need to respond. Then he texts me back calls me belligerant and told me that I had balls and to pound salt up my a**. I contacted the company and sent a screenshot of the text messages and I didn't even get a response with an apology. Why do people think it's acceptable to string someone along for 3 weeks for a quote?
