Affordable Roofing began its journey in 1989 as Fine Homes of South Carolina, focusing on residential construction. Hailing from Pickens, SC, Philip Flaugher Jr., an Air Force veteran, embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship. Now, thirty years on, our committed team consists of Philip Flaugher Jr., Kathy Flaugher, Brandon White, and Anthony Eaton, supported by two experienced crews with extensive knowledge. Our service area remains the Upstate of South Carolina, covering Pickens, Greenville, Oconee, and Anderson Counties.
