In 1989, Affordable Roofing was established as Fine Homes of South Carolina, specializing in building homes. Philip Flaugher Jr., a veteran of the Air Force and a Pickens, SC native, took the bold step to launch his own business. Now, thirty years on, our committed team consists of Philip Flaugher Jr., Kathy Flaugher, Brandon White, and Anthony Eaton, supported by two experienced crews with extensive knowledge. Our service area remains the Upstate of South Carolina, covering Pickens, Greenville, Oconee, and Anderson Counties.
