The inception of Affordable Roofing dates back to 1989 when it operated as Fine Homes of South Carolina, dedicated to residential projects. Philip Flaugher Jr., a veteran of the Air Force and a Pickens, SC native, took the bold step to launch his own business. Three decades later, our dedicated team includes Philip Flaugher Jr., Kathy Flaugher, Brandon White, and Anthony Eaton, along with two skilled crews boasting years of expertise. Our service area remains the Upstate of South Carolina, covering Pickens, Greenville, Oconee, and Anderson Counties.
