Needed to fix leak in roof. Sean was first to respond. Very professional, said he would come the next day and was here as promised. He took pictures to show where I needed repairs. I knew leaks were there and he did not try to sell anything I did not need, ethics goes a long way with me. I would highly recommend Affordable Roof Repairs. We called them last minute with an urgent request to re-coat the roof for an insurance inspection that was needed immediately. We contacted them on Thursday, they worked diligently with us to figure out a reasonable cost, then went out of their way to squeeze us in on a Sunday, all the while keeping in constant contact, eliciting prompt and timely responses and making sure we knew where they were every step of the way. They did an absolutely fantastic job, left with no mess, we were able to pass inspection. First class all around. Sean is so friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I've contacted many companies on here and recieved lots of empty promises to send someone out for a quote to replace my fascia. This was the only company that followed through with a truly affordable price. The work was done rather quickly, the workers were very polite and hardworking. My only issue was that all of the old wood was left on my property when the work was done, however after a phone call they scheduled for it to be picked up. I'm pleased with the services.
