We have a roof issue that we are trying to have repaired before the rainy season starts, and have reached out to Affordable JC Roofing four times via phone and email over a three week period, and never heard back. The website says that they handle jobs of any size, including small jobs, but it seems like they don't like to bother with smaller projects. Like other one star reviews, the lack of communication feels very unprofessional, and I can't recommend someone who can't return a call or email.

Absolutely 100% satisfaction here. I had 3 bids, one of them was sky high, the other two were about the same, including Julio's. I chose Julio because his estimate included every action they would take on the roof and the brand name of the materials used. He also included a clause that said that replacing rotted boards in the framework would not exceed $300. They ended up replacing definitely more than that amount, but my final bill was the original estimate - in other words the rotted wood was bought and replaced for free. I am using him to do roofing on another property in the near future.

Julio and his team did a terrific job. Urban Solar put our solar up after Affordable JC roofing completed the new roof on our barn and they even said - ""wow, they did a great job. We see a lot of roofs and I want you to know, they did a really good job."" Julio is polite, helpful, professional and I couldn't be happier. His quote was competitive and he was on time and completed within the time I needed for the solar to go up.Thank you for my new roof. I will use you again.

Best roofing company! Working with Julio and his crew was a pleasure. Julio offers the best in professionalism and price. I interviewed four roofing companies and Affordable JC Roofing topped them all. I couldn't have been happier with his communication on product choices, details of the quote, scheduling, installation and the time frame for completion. Julio and his crew were prompt and took care of the issue right away. We had a leak in our skylight evident after a good couple of days of rain. I called him the next day, and in a matter of hours on the weekend, he was at my house inspecting. He had the estimate available the next day on a Sunday! With rain in the forecast on Wednesday, he was out early Tuesday morning and was able to research the skylight, as well as taking the initiative to seal all flashings, storm collars, and roof jacks. He took the time to take pictures of the issue and explain what work was done, being very respectful of a female customers hesitation due to being unfamiliar with roofing terminology and composition. I highly recommend them, as they were prompt and professional. They were the only roofing company that not only responded back, but were available on weekends as well as 24 hours a day. Thanks for you professionalism, reliability, and great customer service!

Affordable JC Roofing has been my roofer for over ten years. My company owns a large commercial office building and I used other roofers in town before meeting Julio. The roof's over 40,000 sq ft. and a huge investment. After Julio and his company started maintaining our roof we knew he was ""the man"". We couldn't be happier. They also installed a new roof for us. When the rains, I sleep well knowing JC Roofing is looking out for the property. Sorry I didn't get this written earlier, I'm new to yelp. Very pleased with the customer service offered by Julio and his employees. My quote from JC was competitive and work was completed on time. While we did have a couple issues after the new roof was installed, these issues were resolved unbelievably quickly.
I would hire JC Roofing again.

My grandma made an appointment to get an estimate for our flat roof. The appointment was for 11 am. We waited about an hour to see if anyone was showing up. Well we called around 12:25 pm. Well a man answered and said his dad was coming out. Well we waited and called again. Now they're not answering their phones either. Very unprofessional to miss an appointment with a potential client, and not answering/ avoiding our phone calls. Very disappointed and will not being doing business with a company like this. If they're unprofessional like this.. I could only imagine what type of work they do!

Had a similar experience as a previous reviewer. Called, and they were great about sending someone out the same day to take a look at my roof. Was told Julio would call me with an estimate. I let two days pass with no call, so I took the initiative to call. He offered to drop off my estimate that day or email it to me, and I asked for him to drop it off. Said he would be by at 3. Never showed, never called. I tried contacting to say if it's easier, just email me. Nothing. So unprofessional. This is the second roofing company that I've had little to no response from - apparently these people don't have any interest in getting some business.
