The company came out more than a few times, and other businesses were complaining about their job. I hired a civil engineer for my kitchen and he noticed the roof was not right. He told me to fix it before I get mold. That was in early January 2023. Thursday, January 19, a roofing specialist came to fix the water problem, and he pointed out, ""my metal potion of my roof is trapping water and it's growing mold"".
My gutters were dirty when I had my gutters replaced; And, so were my downspouts.
On my quote, they said they were going to clean them. They never did.
I hope they fix the metal potion of the roof.

Last Dec 2021 JC Roofing put a tarp on my 3000 sq ft house. I paid them $1200.00.
I was told that JC Roofing would do the necessary paper work to finance the new roof through the financing where I had been approved.
After calling them time after time they did not do the paper work. The cheap plastic that used to tarp the house disintegrated and has been flying all over the neighborhood for 6 months. They will not come and get it off my roof. They came once and got it off the electrical wires and left a big ball on my roof.
I am an 80 yr old widow who is up on the roof attempting to clean up some of the mess. Further more the damaged my house with nails and screws and tarped over the gutter

I called on friday to get an estimate to clean my gutters and down spouts, the guy said he would be out on saturday morning, I waited all day and he never showed up or even called. Very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Last minute right before a storm we realized we had a leak! We called JC roofing and Julio had a few folks out within the hour to secure the roof for the storm. After it passed, they came right back to do the repair! Such a sense of security knowing we had Such a reliable roofer to help us out!

They were on time for the estimate. It took a long while for them to get started working, due to prior commitments. Which is to be expected, especially during the rainy season. They were well worth the wait. They did an exceptionally good job. I would have paid double what they charged. I was given a 10 year guarantee, which i know i will never use because of the excellent quality of material and the skilled labor I received.
I cant say enough good things about Julio and his crew.

Julio called me about setting up an appointment to meausure my roof for a total replacement and bid..I called the next day and he said he would let me know a day and time that he could be over ..He never called me back so after 5 times calling him he told me he would get back to me and he never did..I am not sure I would trust a company that keeps putting you off and never showing up.That is pretty bad service if you ask me..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Needed roof repairs obviously. Called JC on a Friday for a Monday morning meeting at 9 am. He never showed. Called multiple times and once I got through, they didn't even try to give an excuse. A person came to the house on Tuesday and just started working on it. All I wanted was a quote. Didn't even introduce himself or anything. So I'm like, screw it, it needs fixed. Guy worked about a half day then just left. Left stuff everywhere. Didn't clean up his mess. Didn't tell us what was done, what needed to be done, if there was more to do or anything. I call, owner says he'll talk to the guy. Owner says needs another half day of work. I never see them again. Won't answer my texts or calls. I left a message stating do not try to bill me. Beware people. Get before and after pics, have them leave you a detailed detailed list and cost of the work that was done and the equipment that was purchased. Shady company full of shady men. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
