We hired hunt for a kitchen remodel. We would not use him again. He never told us when people were coming to the house and would have people show up late in evening to do work. I think he maybe came to check on progress one time and other than that I had to tell what needed to be done several times. He did not seem to remember anything about our project and I had to repeat myself to him over and over even though everything was in writing. The workers that came to the house were very nice and respectable. The only problem we had was with the cabinetry. They left a large jagged hole that looked like a child cut around the plumbing under the sink to where the foundation was exposed. I asked them to come fix it and the repair was almost worse. It got to the point where a couple things need to be fixed but I don't want to deal with Hunt anymore so we are just going to hire people ourselves.

Needed a quick repair on a doorframe. The initial quote was $250 plus materials (including painting) and we settled on on $175 plus materials (without painting). Quincy was the repair man that come to assist me. He was friendly and professional and got the job done just right. I would consider using them again depending on the price.

Lonnie showed up at my door exactly on time. I had four different things to get done: bury a cable (not too hard, anyone can do that, just didn't want to get my hands dirty), fix a toilet paper holder that kept falling off (he moved it to a better place and patched the hole), repair a leak and fix a light. He unfortunately couldn't fix the light because the transformer was dead and Home Depot didn't carry it. But at least he identified the problem (he was an electrician in the past) and I can order the part myself online. Lonnie did a great job on everything and was very polite. The owner followed up later with a call. I wasn't happy about something (communication issue) but he did what was necessary to fix the problem.
