Scott Kemp was professional, detailed and genuine in his customer service. His personality shows how confident and work driven he is. While working, he hurt his back and had to go home for the day. Even though he was in pain, he wanted to come back the next day. I had to request that he wait another day before continuing our gutters. His team is great and genuinely kind as well. His estimate is the best I could find with performing gutter guards on my home. He even sealed up several gutters that were leaking and power washed my patio. He is outstanding and definitely goes above and beyond. He refuses to take any money until the project is complete and offers to come repair anything if something goes wrong. I am very selective about the businesses I deal with as they must have a certain criteria and offer genuine customer service.
