Affluent Exteriors was very professional from start to finish on my roof, Quality installation, attention to detail, and our rep was very educational as well, I learned quite a bit about the insurance process, they were able to get my cedar shake roof completely bought from insurance even after a denial, and then a very small settlement offer, they never gave up and were able to get the roof completely paid for.
They are incredible at dealing with insurance to get you everything you need regarding insurance claims!
I also learned some very disturbing code violation/corner cutting trends that most other roofers do here in Lubbock,all without the homeowners knowledge.
The fact that Affluent Exteriors does not partake in the seemingly ""accepted roofing practices"" in Lubbock speaks volumes to their transparancy and integrity! Very impressive.
I would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone who actually wants a roof done right.
